What Time Does It Begin?

I'm going to the Pokémon Regional Championships this Saturday, and I was wondering at what time does it start? I know Senior Registration is at 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM, but at what time does the tournament start? How early should I get there? Earlier than registration, when exactly?
