Ragady slid from the shadows, a smile on her face. She made to look like she was thinking oh so very hard, though her voice said quite clearly that she was not actually thinking hard at all.
"Gee, I wonder what I will pick? SO many options, whatever is a girl like me to do?" a dark smile crossed her stitched lips.
"You know, I really do not see me owning anything. I like Gotham, it ist mein home, so oft course I will be there. But I have no problem sliding along other places as well. To be honest, leader is not a position which suites me, nor do I wish to have any claim on a territory." she smiled then, as if it where a friendly smile.
"I vill be, ein wraith. That ist what I shall be, that ist what I shall do. Travel, und join ze hunt. As ein creature oft terror, ein creature oft feath, lurking in the shadows und silencing any heroes who remain, who dare to show their faces. Who knows, perrhaps I will even be the one to find where they are all hiding, ift I prove to even care." she shrugged her shoulders, weaving casually in and out of the darkness.
"You boys can have fun running things, just keep in mind one thing. When you own something, it can eventually be taken away. Not as a threat from me, oft course, but do keep in mind that, just as the heroes ran things before us, nothing lasts forever. So enjoy it while it does." She reminded simply, since realism was something she was quite good at.

Owlman appeared in a boom tube. With a grim smile on his face he annouced. "I have taken the entire bat cave database and destroyed all the bat caves. Batman has no more resources in his caves." he held up a disk. "This is a copy with all the heros names, alias's, powers, weaknesses, known locations and hideouts." He tossed it into the center of the table "As for territory, I would like to stake my claim in two areas. One will be San Francisco and the other will be here." He pointed to the largest country of the world. "Moscow, Russia" He held up a hand "I would like to also mention that my main base is housed in Gotham already, and While Joker may have laid claim to that territory, I would like my tower to reside there, It will be the only territory I can claim as mine in Gotham."

"Then it shall be between him and me to discuss, though he should be thankful I've taken out his main enemy's valuable resources. But that discussion will come when I see him face to face."

Owlman enterned followed by another man. "Lady s and Gentlemen, I would like to introduce the leader of the Earth 3 syndicate, Ultraman. Although he is a late addition to the team, my experience with him leads me to know for fact that he is a valuable asset. While he may not have been a part of the primary assault, he will have more then ample enough opportunity to make his claims to territory. As a welcoming gift, I have transferred my ownership to Moscow over to him.

"First allow me to personally welcome you to our brotherhood, Ultra man, and before you begin to waste your breathe, measures have been taken to destroy both wayne manor and steel works...all of metropolis is under my watch and all of gothams villains are destroying everything in gotham, including the manor..."

Fel scowled softly as they mentioned Moscow and Russia.. Fel's home country in which his Earth-body was concieved. If Fel knew one thing, it would be the intolerance of the Russian people being ruled. They would rather burn their entire cities to the ground rather than be ruled.. Good ol' Scorched-Earth Policy.. Fel sighed and raised his hand amidst the conflict of whom rules what and where, "I'm taking New York City, Las Vegas, Reno, and Los Angeles." He said this firmly and had no regard for whomever had made reservations himself. He chose only cities because they were the most crime, filth, drug, and sin-ridden places in the country. Thoughts had crossed his mind about other countries but he had but only one. "And Rio De Janeiro for my own purposes.. Hope I'm not asking too much."
