Damn his ear itched, he couldn't quite reach his ear. His body was tangled as he stretched to get it. There was a reliefing sigh when he finally got it. Narc shivered as the itch subsided.

It was hot and the summer was only going to get warmer. She was bored and didn't really feel like doing much, the heat making her puppy immune system run slow and making her kind of lazy. She was walking about slowly, trying to stay active when she came across another pup... a male, a little older than her. Someone to talk to. "Hello!" she said, tail wagging.

A small pup was waggling her tail at him. Seems she wanted to play? Lowering his leg, Narc stared at her with a confused look on his face. The itch was coming back.
"Hi..."
His voice was droil, annouyed and uninterested. The chocolate female seemed to be overly friendly. Narc puffed up and walked past her. Ignoring her look as she followed him by the heels.

She followed along side him and looked up at him. "The heat is unpleasant today, right?" she stopped to stretch before catching up to him.

"Quite." He quickened his pace, still she followed him. This brown pup was stalking him...great.
"Can I help you with something??" He had a questionable look on his face filled with aggravation.

"Hm? No, no. I'm fine. Thanks for asking though." she said, still walking at his heels. "I'm Calypso, what's your name?"

He shook his head, Trying to rid her voice from his mind. But she wasn't leaving...he's had to deal with her for now.
"Narciso." His voice was brash, hard. He stopped; they had travelled to a meadow. In a few steps he found a grassy null and fell into it. The cool grassy left good on this hot day. He closed his eyes and took in his surroundings.
"Why are you alone? By yourself?" There was no pity or the slightest hint of if he was worried only curiosity.

"No Family." she replied shortly, licking her fur into place. She moved a little closer to him and sat down next to him. "What about you?" she asked with equal curiosity.

"I ran away." He had a blod pround look on his face. "My family wasn't good enough to have me." He sneered at this remark. Rolling over he looked at the female more closely.

He's had a family, but he'd run away. "Not good enough to have you... Maybe I wasn't good enough to have a family, then..." she ventured. She sat up and looked at him with dark eyes. "Maybe I could stay with you for a little while?" she asked, tipping her head. "Since you left your family and I don't have one..." she shrugged non-nonchalantly to make it look like the idea was nothing big, just a venture of thought.

"Kay." she said meekly. She didn't mind. She wasn't one much for play either, she'd never really had someone to play with though. She looked at him, then said in a small voice, "Thanks..."

"Don't act to weak." He scuffed off. His tone was brash and aggravated. "You act weak people will tourment you." Then it turned to concern....maybe.

She paused and looked at him. She nodded slowly her understanding. "Alright. No more being weak." she said, a little louder this time. She groomed her paws a moment then looked down at him from where she sat up. "Where are you travelling to? That is, if you've got a destination in mind."
