Lv 1-10
Cut down trees in next or around the village and create arrow shafts. since arrow shatfs are stackable there is no need to bank.
10-25
Cut down more trees and make long bows either drop or bank they dont cost alot so your not throwing any good money away
25-45
Cut down oak trees and make oak longbows again drop or bank not a big money loss unless you buy your logs
45-55
Cut willow logs and fletch willow long bows. you could atempt to sell these but not many people buy them
Now the Guide Splits
55-99
The magic number in fletching. Buy as many maple logs as you can afford. don't worry you won't lose any money you will double it!! or you can cut them youself and make a huge profit, i dont recomend this if you want fast fletching levels. this may be a slow at getting 99 but if you want the money its the way to go
55-70

Cut yew logs and fletch into long bows. if you buy yew logs you will lose a small amount but its not substantial
85-99
Cut magic logs and fletch magic longbows. now if you buy your magic logs get ready for quite a money loss
Along with cutting these bow you can string them with bow string made from flax , south of seer's village, and make a little more money and xp
