I had this same issue in contacting jagex about the event and such, I couldn't find a way AT ALL to contact them. Your best bet would mayb be going on the actual jagex website and seeing if they have an email or address you could send a letter to?

I'll ask Silv about this but other than that, is there a mule account you could use to contact Jagex? If so, I would get onto the forums and start a thread, explaining what happened. This is extremely unfair. I'm sorry. sad

That's awful. I wish Jagex was easy to contact, I've had so many problems with payments and havn't been able to contact them, it really is a hassel.

your best chance to get ahold of anyone is in forums really. and only way you can do that as well is if you get a forum mod to get a jag mod to take a look at it. make sure you virus scan your computer as well. I used to have a hacker problem as well. i got in the habit of bankin my items before id get off. as for all the trash talkin i didnt have that issue and that really sucks sad sorry car

I'll talk to Timbo next time he gets on, I solved a problem for Don once about payments. I'll try my best buddy smile But what an idiot, the guy who did that to your account that is, I'll specifically ask him to erase his ip from your account so he can't get back on, hopefully ban him as well.

I tired talking to Silv about this last night but my wireless
kept logging me out from Yahoo. His advice, since he really
doesn't talk with other mods, is to head to forums. Hell, if
you can, get in contact with Air. I'm sure she of all people
can do something. And if you can't get to the forums, I will
GLADLY do it for you.

I can't go on the Runescape forums. I tried and it says I am banned until I am unmuted ingame, and my other account does not meet the 5m experience requirement.
I also got a message from Jagex today over one of the appeals, and they said that it will NOT be removed as I apparently said it.
I don't mind having black marks or anything, but it's the fact that I did not say any of this crap and I can't reach Jagex.

Thanks for helping me, I saw the post. I really appreciate it. Too bad that guy argued about everything and Mod Liv obviously didn't read what you said. It's kind of hard to appeal the offences when Jagex won't let me.
Once again, thanks for the help. If I get a chance to reach Jagex, I'll explain everything. I took a pic of the IP if anyone wants it. I told one of my friends the IP and he's doing what he can.
