Everyone can post their custom jutsus here. Remember to follow the rules or else you will be denied.
Rules:
1. Has to be detailed explanation of the jutsu.
2. Be sure to check the jutsu and not copy them.
3. If improving a jutsu be sure to put that down and make sure you already learned it before improving.
4. If you break in of the rules you jutsu will denied
5.Provide a DETAILED rp sample with your post explaining how you would use the jutsu in a battle situation
6.If your jutsu is accepted you do not automatically learn it you must still spend time training in order to learn the technique
7.Anyone can create custom jutsus here, but you must be at least chuunin level before you can learn jutsus unique to your character

Description:This jutsu requieres eye contact whit the enemy. The illusion traps the victim in a dark empty space where their body is made of paper that burns from toe to head while the user is watching. The purpose of this jutsu is to use the target's vision of their new form to reduce their dexterity, making it harder for the victim to battle or perform hand seals.

Jutsu's Element: Suiton
Description: Ukojizai no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the user to blanket a wide area with a downpour of rain. He/she can maintain a connection to the rain and tell when someone is obstructing it. This also allows him/her to detect the individual's chakra level and skill(rank + Elements).
Based on how much chakra is used depends on how wide of the area the down pour spreads.

S Rank- All threads in a single forum.
Note: The user can not preform any other jutsus or use their hands untill the jutsu ends. ( must use both hands for jutsu)
Each post the user dose after wards costs the starting amount of chakra. Meaning this Jutsu can quickly drain the user.

Jutsu Name: Rasen no kaze-dama (Spiraling Wind Sphere)
Jutsu Rank: C (because it is the smaller version)
Range: close range
Type: Ninjutsu
Element: Wind
Description: After placing one hand on top of the other the user will start to focus and compact wind into their dominant hand's palm. Within seconds the user will form a small fast spinning ball of wind that can shred through tree's with some difficulty. This attack is formed based on chakra control alone and can be very difficult to master (Takes 4 additional posts to learn plus the required rank posts). to use this attack effectively the user must strike their opponent with it head on, once hit the attack will leave a spiral shaped wound much like that of the legendary Rasengan technique but will not cause as much damage at all (no internal stuff... just outside flesh wounds.).
RP Sample:
Liz sat there. it was he final round in the chuunin exam semi-finals. he had enough chakra for maybe two more techniques. "Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu! (Wind clone technique)" Liz shouted as he summoned a clone made of wind. the clone rushed forward attacking his opponent with a few punches and kicks to distract him. Liz took a deep breath as he held out his right hand palm up then placed his left hand over it. Liz began to concentrate a large amount of wind chakra into his palm. As his opponent destroyed the wind clone Liz finished the technique. "What the hell is that?" his opponent asked as he stared in amazement at the small compact ball of fast spinning wind chakra in Liz's right palm. "My trump card..." Liz told him as he shot forward in a burst of chakra before long Liz was in front of his opponent shoving the ball of wind into his gut shouting "Rasen no kaze-dama (Spiraling Wind Sphere)!" his opponent coughed up blood as the ball of wind ripped into his gut and launched him backwards three feet. Liz sat there for a few moments before finally collapsing due to chakra loss. As the medic-nin came and got him and his opponent the proctor shouted "Winner: Licia Hanabi!".

Rank of Jutsu: The white gate opening has 5 stages, but four white Gates.
Range of Jutsu: N/A
Description: The Hatake bloodline was gifted with the power of White chakra, and for years its true power was hidden for view until now. Ray Hataka discovered the true power of white chakra while trying to train his body and his mind at the same time.
This can only be learned by the members of the Hatake bloodline. (must get scroll from Ray Hatake)
The required training for each rank must be done before attempting to open a gate.
-Academy Student-
Training: The user must go through mental and physical training in order to become one with the white chakra.
Mental: The user must meditate for 5 posts. In theses posts the user searches inside his/her self to find the white chakra.
Physical: The user must condition his/her body for 5 posts. In theses posts the user must practice fighting, this can be done versing someone in a fight or by his/her self. If the user wishes to train during a fight, for a post to count he/she may not use any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu in that post.
-Genin-
Training: The user must go through mental and physical training in order to become one with the white chakra.
Mental: The user must meditate for 5 posts. In theses posts the user searches inside his/her self to focus the white chakra.

Description: In this stage the user gain a minor spike in chakra. The user gains 25% addition to total chakra amount.
Genin rank: Medium Chakra- 40 Points Total.
Chunin rank: Medium Chakra- 63 Points Total. High Chakra- 75 Points Total.
(If we use special jounin rank lemme know)
Jounin rank: Medium Chakra- 137 Points Total. High Chakra- 161 Points Total.
Kage/Sanin rank:: Medium Chakra- 195 Points Total. High Chakra- 225 Points Total.
Strength increases by 1 rank but speed in the main focus for the first gate.
Speed increases by 1 rank. (dose stack with Hataka speed bonus)
For this gate there is no physical change but their body has a white glow around it.
The user can only hold this gate for so long.
3 posts for Genin.
4 posts for Chunin.
5 posts for Jounin.
6 posts for Kage/Sanin.
Weakness: After the post limit is up and the user has not gone onto the next stage, the user user will roll a dice and suffer the effects of opening the gate. (view toll both to see)
-Chunin-
Training: The user must go through mental and physical training in order to become one with the white chakra.
Mental: The user must meditate for 10 posts. In theses posts the user searches inside his/her self to build up the white chakra.
Physical: The user must condition his/her body for 10 posts. In theses posts the user must practice fighting, this can be done versing someone in a fight or by his/her self. If the user wishes to train during a fight, for a post to count he/she may not use any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu in that post.
The gate takes 10 posts to unlock. After unlocking the first time, the user requires only 1 post to unlock it the rest. (during that 1 post nothing else can be done except dodge a attack)
Second White Gate Release: Comfort
Description: In this stage the user continues the chakra effect over into this stage, giving the user 25% total more chakra.
The user also recovers any physical damage they have taken when the gate is opened. (Can not repair lost limbs)
Strength increases by 2 ranks.
Speed increases by 2 ranks. (dose stack with Hataka speed bonus)
The user takes a small change physical appearance. The white glows looks more solid taking on the form of the users clothes. The eyes of the user become white.
The user can only hold this gate for so long.
6 posts for Chunin.
7 posts for Jounin.
8 posts for Kage/Sanin.
Weakness: After the post limit is up and the user has not gone onto the next stage, the user user will roll a dice and suffer the effects of opening the gate. (view toll both to see)
-Jounin-
Training: The user must go through mental and physical training in order to become one with the white chakra.
Mental: The user must meditate for 12 posts. In theses posts the user searches inside his/her self to increase the build up the white chakra.
Physical: The user must condition his/her body for 12 posts. In theses posts the user must practice fighting, this can be done versing someone in a fight or by his/her self. If the user wishes to train during a fight, for a post to count he/she may not use any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu in that post.
The gate takes 12 posts to unlock. After unlocking the first time, the user requires only 1 post to unlock it the rest. (during that 1 post nothing else can be done except dodge a attack)
Third White Gate Release: Agnes
Description: In this stage the user continues the chakra effect over into this stage, giving the user 25% total more chakra.
The user now has control of white chakra, any white chakra jutsus how do +1 rank more damage and white chakra weapons are twice as sharp.
Strength increases by 3 ranks.
Speed increases by 3 ranks. (dose stack with Hataka speed bonus)
There is also a huge difference in physical shape. The users hair will grow down to the small of his/her back. The white chakra takes on a solid form. The chakra takes on the exact form of the users clothes but provides protection against Taijutsu. ( only Jounin rank taijutsu or higher can break through it )The last true physical feature will be the users finger nails have been enlarged and pointed. The finger nails are sharp as any weapon and are strong and will not break easily.
The user can only hold this gate for so long.
7 posts for Jounin.
8 posts for Kage/Sanin.
Weakness: After the post limit is up and the user has not gone onto the next stage, the user user will roll a dice and suffer the effects of opening the gate. (view toll both to see)
-Kage/Sannin-
Training: The user must go through mental and physical training in order to become one with the white chakra.
Mental: The user must meditate for 14 posts. In theses posts the user searches inside his/her self to Master the white chakra.
Physical: The user must condition his/her body for 14 posts. In theses posts the user must practice fighting, this can be done versing someone in a fight or by his/her self. If the user wishes to train during a fight, for a post to count he/she may not use any Ninjutsu or Genjutsu in that post.
The gate takes 14 posts to unlock. After unlocking the first time, the user requires only 1 post to unlock it the rest. (during that 1 post nothing else can be done except dodge a attack)
Fourth White Gate Release: Arianwen
Description: In this stage the user continues the chakra effect over into this stage, giving the user 25% total more chakra.
The user now has control of white chakra, any white chakra jutsus how do +1 rank more damage and white chakra weapons are twice as sharp.
Strength increases by 4 ranks.
Speed increases by 4 ranks. (dose stack with Hataka speed bonus)
There is also a huge difference in physical shape. The users hair parts in two and forms into large hand like wings. The wings allow the user to fly and can also be used as a shield to block 1 jutsu and only 1 jutsu of any rank during the duration of this gate. The white chakra that took on the form on the users clothes that also provides protection against Taijutsu. ( only Kage/Sannin rank taijutsu or higher can break through it )The nails remain the same also.
The user can only hold this gate for so long.
10 posts for Kage/Sanin.

Toll Booth:
[Damage is not inflicted to jounin and above for gates two and one.]
When you open the white gates, you push your body and mind to it's limits.
Now, each gate has certain numbers that do certain things:
Gates 1: 1-5 is rolled, no damage. 6 is light muscle tearing.
Gates 2: 1-4 is rolled, no damage. 5 is light muscle tearing. 6 is moderate muscle tearing.
Gate 3: 1-3 is rolled, no damage. 4 is light muscle tearing. Five is moderate muscle tearing. 6 is Heavy muscle tearing with ligament and tendon damage, as well as skeletal fractures.
Gate 4: 1 is no damage. 2-3, moderate muscle tearing. 4-5, heavy tearing with ligament and tendon damage. Bone fractures and breaks. If a six is rolled, then one of two things happens: The user passes out on the spot with 4-5's effects. Or the user suffers 2-3's effects and your unlearn 1 C rank+ jutsu.
The user has to open every gate in order to unlock the gate he
wants. (Meaning,if he/she wanted to unlock the third gate,he/she would have to unlock the first,second,then the third.)
In which,the posting of each release will reset the posting timer. But that doesn't mean the posting is doubled. It simply means that one would have to post the max amount for that stage.
Chakra is not put up to full when going into a gate it simply adds 25% to the total and the amount your at. Lets say you've got 5 chakra left, add the same amount of chakra that you add to your total to that. But once the gates end that chakra gos away.
Rp Sample:
Ray also known as White Lightning for his extreme speed and lightning jutsus was on a simple scouting mission, one that was ordered by the kage himself. The mission was simple, obtain information about a enemy caravan without being seen. This seemed easy enough when he took on the mission but when he arrived at a cliff that hung over a corner of the caravan he quickly noticed that every shinobi in the caravan was twice as big as him. He quickly shook off that detail and began analyzing the caravan searching for weakness's, how much weaponry and shinobi and other important things. After a few minutes Ray slowly began to inch backwards to get off of the cliff but stopped when he bumped into something he knew wasn't there when he got there. "Look what we have here! A little spy trying to figure us out!" Ray instantly got up and turned around to see 4 large guys with huge blunt weapons standing there. "Crud..." As soon as he spoke the large shinobi in the front swung a large maul at Ray. Ray quickly ducked around of the way and moved to the side of the group before jumping back a few feet to get some room. "you sure like big weapons.. Is that to make up for something else?" Ray said with a grin and readied his next move. All four of the other shinobi instantly became enraged by this comment and charge at Ray, when close enough the all swung their weapons down at him. Ray had thought quickly about what would happen after the comment and he was right. He had quickly used his Shiro Chakra Kouyou jutsu to apply white chakra to his sword when he readied himself. Now that the 4 shinobi had begun their attack he took his speed as a advantage and dashed forward as they were swinging down at him, when he got close enough he did a horizontal slice at the first one's stomach. The blade went deep into the mans stomach causeing him to drop his maul from the sudden burst of agonizing pain. Ray quickly avoided the falling maul by runing through a blind spot under each of the shinobi's arms. "One down.." He muttered to himself as he slid to a stop a few feet on the now right side of the 3 remaining shinobi. The forth one had dubbled over and then collaped from the sudden lose of blood. Useing his Water Manipulation technique and by proforming Suiton: Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu he was able to create 3 shuriken made of water. He as turned around her quickly used his Shiro Chakra Kouyou jutsu to apply white chakra to shuriken causeing them to glow white, once he had turned around he used the momentum he buildt up from turning to lauch the shuriken at the three remaining shinobi. Two of th shuriken were blocked by the shinobi's massive weapons but the last one happened hit hit the middle shinobi right between the eyes. The middle shinobi fell to his knees suddenly, and right when he did Jay shot off towards him and jumped ovr him slightly. When he did he placed her right foot on the upper back near the shoulder and pushed off. At the same time the remaining shinobi swung their large axes down at ray as he passed them but missed and instead hit their friend ending his life immediatly. Once Jay hit the ground her rolled slightly then stood up and turned around to look at the mess. "Two down.." He then spun his sword around in his hand for a second before launching it with all of his strength at the shinobi on the right. The sword still being infused with white chakra shot through the shinobi's back until it was stuck at the hilt. The shinobi's eyes began to roll back into his head while his friend stood there terrified. "H-how... could.. a K-kid do..." The shinobi's sentence was cut short with out warning. Jay had rushed to his sword and turned it while inside the shinobi before slicing towards the shinobi on the left. The sword tore through the helpless man and cut right into his friends face and through the guys skull and got stuck half way through the brain. "That's three..." He pulled back the sword quickly then did a 180 aiming the sword for the cuts neck. The sword cut cleaning through causing blood to stray out covering jay and his surroundings in blood. "and that/s four.." Jay smiled at the scene before him, the amount of blood brought him back to his violent child hood. "How dare you strike then down! You'll pay for that!" Jay quickly turned around to see the rest of the caravan standing there, each of the guys as big as the ones he just fought. "Dam.. Suppose to be a simple scout mission.." He took a deep breath as remembered his training he had completed a week prior to this. "First White Gate... Open!" Within almost a instant his chakra increased by 25% and his body began to glow white from the white chakra. ".. Now you fools will die by my blade.. Instead of living to die another day!" He instantly darted towards the one who spoke to him, Ray was not faster then before and it was nearly impossible for the extremely large guy to react fast enough to his speed. Ray pulled his katana back before stabbing it straight into the guy's heart and sat there for a few seconds. The other shinobi standing around the guy stood there speechless and unable to move. "Told you.." Ray turn the katana so the blade was aimed so that when he moved the katana it sliced across his chest and up and out of the guy's body between the shoulder and neck. "Five down.." Right as ray spoke the shinbo behind the guy who he just killed slammed a maul into the back of the dead shinobi. This cause the body and Ray to be sent flying across the ground over to where the other bodies laid. "dam you..." He shook his head then took a deep breath and spoke slowly. "Second white gate.. Open!" The white glow around his body took on a little bit of a more physical form matching that of his clothes, his eyes also turned white. He stretched his arms and grinned, his body felt fully refreshed now that the 2nd gate was opened. "Lets see yo-.." Before Jay finished his sentence her threw his katana as fast as he could at the shinbo that struck the back of the dead shinobi. "-u live through this.." He finished as he watched the katana pierce the guys forehead and travel all the way through to the hilt.
