Description:The Moumokugan ( which literally means, "blindness eye" ) is a strange Kekkei Genkai, a rare genetic trait that pops up randomly around the world. Those that inherit this bloodline are mainly female but males have been known to show up, the users have pale-ish gray colored skin and have long black hair that no matter how much it is cut it will grow back almost instantly (Males have white hair). The males of the bloodline are considered to have feminine qualities.The owners of the bloodline are born blind and only after unlocking the first two stages of the blood line can they actually 'see'. The bloodline is said to be linked to a different realm of living, each owner having their own realm. This bloodline is said to be mainly genjutsu type ninja but there are rumors of the users being good at taijtusu while inside of their realm of living.
Rules:~ Must be female and have a pale-ish gray colored skin and have long black hair or a male with feminine qualities and pale-ish gray colored skin and have long white hair.
~ Must have Chakra Control as one of your ninja types
~ After this first appearance, the user can then call up the Moumokugan any time they wish.
~ When activating Moumokugan, you use more chakra. -1 chakra point for every post activated.
~ Must be blind, (meaning you must use a cane to get around until you go through all the required training. This also means that until stage 2 you can not read out of scrolls to learn jutsu's, due to this a teacher must read everything out to you. )
~ All bloodline jutsus up to chunin rank are self teachable. (means jounin + you must get scroll from clan head or your kage.)
Weaknesses: 1. All the ones listed in the rules.
2. No eye related genjutsu can be used unless stated otherwise.
3. From stage 2 + the user is more susceptible to genjutsu. Only when 'Eyes' are casted. (Even though the user has benefits from stages, the user must be caught in every genjutsu. But are able to get out depending on the stage. )
4. Sound jutsus are 1 rank more powerful against this bloodline due to Sound and Vibration Training.
Training: Before even being able to unlock stage 1 the user must go through training to be able to even 'fight'.
Hair training: 5 posts. Due to the user having long hair, he/she is able to tell if a attack is coming by the wind pulling on the users hair. At first the user will not be able to tell the difference between wind and a actual attack but after going through the training that changes. Due to wind jutsus being wind the user can not tell if wind jutsus are a attack or not.
Sound and Vibration Training: 5 posts. The user is able to tell where people are by listening to sounds and feel the vibrations in the ground the user is standing on. This gives the user a sort of enhanced sense of things around him/her.
Environment Training: 5 posts per ninja rank. The user is able to tell where her surroundings are so that she is able to move around without running into things. Due to the users chakra control, the user is able to feet her chakra out of her feet and hands in constant bursts. The chakra amount is so small but spread out that it dose not cost really anything to use it. This gives the user a basic outline of her surroundings, nothing is in detail just shapes. The range is 5 yards radius per ninja rank.
Users Realm:Every users realm is pitch black with a extremely hard floor. Red eyes float around randomly, the eyes allow the user to see normally and also the eyes emit a red glow giving a red light to the realm. When user and enemies are inside of the realm, the 'real' realm stands still in time. When the user and enemies come back tot he 'real' realm time starts again 1 second in time after they had gone into the realm. So any jutsus or projectiles that were casted before going into the realm and continue when the user and the enemies come out of the realm. Any damage taken in the realm appear on the person who took the damage. Also the user and the enemies are back where they were when first entering the realm. (since they technically don't move cause its so fast)
1. Taijutsu and Bloodline jutsu's are 1 rank stronger while in users realm. (User only)
2. User can see in their own realm. (so can enemies)
3. No genjutsu from anyone while in users realm.
4. Any jutsus requiring 'resources' such as jutsus that require large amount of their element to use is unable to be used inside of the realm.
5. Taijutsu is able to be learned inside of the realm.
Outside of Users realm:1. Unable to use Taijutsu. (punches and kicks are fine but they feel like a child is attacking) Except for: See # 6
2. No eye related genjutsu can be used unless stated otherwise.
3. User is mainly genjutsu type ninja while outside of the realm.
4. User can not see unless they go through the training. Even then it is limited.
5. User can see after reaching stage 2 of the bloodline but must have it active to do so. ( see stage 2 for details )
6. User can learn Hunter Ninja Taijtusu outside of realm due to it mainly consisting of Hunter ninjas sneaking around.
'Eyes':1. While in the users realm, eyes float around emitting red light and are indestructible. This allows others to see in this realm, the eyes them self allow the user to see in the realm.
2. While outside of the realm, the user can call forth Eyes from their realm. (see jutsu)
3. The eyes that are called forth from the user realm, act as a 'real eyes' allowing the user to see out of them. The eyes at all time stay by the users side after being called forth for a set amount of posts. (see jutsu)
4. The eyes outside of the realm allow the user to be more susceptible to genjutsu due to multiple points of view.
5. The eyes give the user multiple points to view from and can view from all of points at once giving them a edge but also a weakness. (only outside of users realm)
6. The eyes are only visible to the user and people who have been to the users realm and people the user wants to see. The Eyes are indestructible. (remember they go away after so many posts)
7. The eyes are able to cast eye only genjutsu but only 1 genjutsu per eye. The genjutsu can only take effect if the target is able to see the eye. (invisible eyes cant cast genjutsu)
The abilities of each stage are only active when Moumokugan is active.
Stage1: Academy Rank
To unlock the first stage, the user must be in the heat of combat for 5 posts.
Note: The user is blind and you can not feed out your chakra to see or have excellent hearing and all that jazz that allows you to 'see' or 'hear' attacks coming unless the attacks them self's make sound or unless you have gone through the training for this bloodline.
Rules1. -1 post when learning genjutsu, -1 rank for the chakra cost of genjutsu, +1 rank to the effectiveness of casted genjutsu.
2. Allows the use of Academy Bloodline jutsus.
3. In order to advance to next stage, one must be in the heat of combat with it active for at least 8 posts. Then learn one of the Moumokugan techniques.
Stage2: Genin Rank
Rules1. -1 post when learning genjutsu, -1 rank for the chakra cost of genjutsu, +1 rank to the effectiveness of casted genjutsu.
2. Can tell minor level genjutsu from reality
3. Allows the use of Genin Bloodline jutsus.
4. In order to advance to next stage, one must be in the heat of combat with it active for at least 12 posts. Then learn three of the Moumokugan techniques.
Stage3: Genin Rank
Rules1. -1 post when learning genjutsu, -1 rank for the chakra cost of genjutsu, +1 rank to the effectiveness of casted genjutsu.
2. Can tell medium level genjutsu from reality
3. Allows the use of Genin Bloodline jutsus + 3 chunin Bloodline jutsus.
4. In order to advance to next stage, one must be in the heat of combat with it active for at least 12 posts. 5 of the posts must be in the users realms. Then learn four of the Moumokugan techniques.
Stage4: Chunin Rank
Rules1. -1 post when learning genjutsu, -1 rank for the chakra cost of genjutsu, +1 rank to the effectiveness of casted genjutsu.
2. Can negate genjutsu that is equal to their rank or lower (up to c rank)
3. Allows the use of Chunin Bloodline jutsus.
4. Additional 10 chakra points while outside of realm, Inside -10 chakra points.
5. In order to advance to next stage, one must be in the heat of combat with it active for at least 12 posts and a additional 5 while in the users realm. Then learn six of the Moumokugan techniques.
Stage5: Jounin Rank
Rules1. -1 post when learning genjutsu, -1 rank for the chakra cost of genjutsu, +1 rank to the effectiveness of casted genjutsu.
2. Can negate genjutsu that is equal to their rank or lower (up to a rank)
3. Allows the use of Jounin Bloodline jutsus and 1 Kage/Sanin jutsu.
4. Additional 15 chakra points while outside of realm, Inside -15 chakra points.
5. Can see chakra colors.
6. In order to advance to next stage, one must kill another while in users realm.
Stage6:Rules1. -1 post when learning genjutsu, -1 rank for the chakra cost of genjutsu, +1 rank to the effectiveness of casted genjutsu.
2. Bloodline jutsu's require no hand signs.
3. Allows the use of all Bloodline jutsus.
4. Can now read most movements that they see. (inside of users realm)
5. Can see chakra colors
6. Additional 20 chakra points while outside of realm, Inside -20 chakra points.
7. Can negate genjutsu that is equal to their rank or lower (up to a rank) S rank + must roll a 6 sided dice and get 2 or 6 to negate the genjutsu.

Name of Jutsu: Moumokugan: Realm Of Eyes
Range of Jutsu: 5 yards per stage of Moumokugan
Description: This is a simple yet amazing jutsu. The user forms both hands into a ball then spreads then out, when doing so the target(s) and only the target(s) see a black ball that grows larger until it consumes both the user and the target(s). After this happens both the user and target(s) appear in the users realm. This lasts for 2 posts per stage per person. Meaning stage 2 the user and the target travel to the users realm for 4 posts each person. The number of targets the user is able to send to the users realm is based on how many 'eyes' appear in the users Moumokugan. This means that at stage one, only the user can go to their realm. The target(s) must roll a 6 sided dice. If 2/4/6 is rolled the target(s) are sent to the users realm. User must wait 3 posts before using jutsu again. To see Users Realm's details look in Bloodline.
Name of Jutsu: Moumokugan: Realm Claws (In side Realm only Jutsu)
Range of Jutsu: Claws grow to 1 foot.
Description: The user draws two wondering eyes over to his/her hands. The eye then forms around the fingers into red 1 foot long claws. Theses as incredibly strong and sharp but can only be used inside the users realm. (see bloodline picture for how they look)
Name of Jutsu: Moumokugan: Eye Clone
Range of Jutsu: N/A
Description: This technique makes a simple clone of the shinobi however unlike the standard bunshin, which is a genjutsu, this bunshin takes an actual physical form through the use of electrically charged chakra. One can easily touch and hold this clone like it was in fact an actual person, however when it is attacked it quickly expands into a very large red eye about 6 feet in all directions. This allows the use of 1 genjutsu move from the clone. If a genjutu is not used it 'pops' after it is hit again or 2 posts. (genjutsu only allowed outside of realm, clone still usable inside realm.)

Range of Jutsu: N/A
Description: Requires 1 'Eye' to be called forth first, if in users realm no need to call forth eyes. The user uses 1 'Eye' that the user has called for to merge with one of their arms and form into a wing like object. (see bloodline picture) The user is able to fly up to 20 feet off the ground but at the cost of using 1 arm. Only jutsus take require 1 or no hands to make hand signs can be used. The wing has a eye that gives the user a fixed sight meaning that they can only see in front of them with that eye. When flying the user travels as fast as they want up to the max speed of their full out run.

Range of Jutsu: Sword grows up to 5 feet, depending on how user creates the sword.
Description: The user draws two wondering eyes over to his/her hand. The eyes then forms in his/her hand into a red 1-5 foot sword. The sword is incredibly strong and sharp but can only be used inside the users realm. The sword can be any type also long as it dose not pass 5 feet long. (example: buster sword type swords are allowed just as long as it dose not go past 5 feet)

Description: The user is now adjusted to being able to see for the first time in their life. The user has learned focus on moving about and using their eyes along with other sensory training they have done. In addition to that the user has learned to make their 'claws' a extension of them self's. (see jutsu) The user must now focus on their speed, since they are able to see now they are able to be more confident when they run. Due to training their speed they gain +1 rank of speed. (stacks with any speed bonuses) Now since the use can see they must also focus on their flexibility so they are able to dodge and move around more easily. +1 rank of dodging ability.

Description: After training the users body to become faster, the user must work on becoming stronger to back up for their weaker body. The user when working on this is able to attach random 'eyes' to their body, once doing so the eye forms into 20 lb weights. Description:
This genjutsu is one that only a member of the moumokugan bloodline can use.
It produces and uncomfortable feeling in the opponent's eyes, almost like they are being vibrated slightly, and it continues to escalate until there is pain, and it seems that electricity is being created in their eyes. It gets to such an extent that the one affected can no longer see, and must rely on sound alone, unless they break the genjutsu.
Note: this genjutsu is automatically broken when the affected enter's the user's realm.

Description: a cloud forms around the opponent, shocking them, and causing physical pain.
after a couple of minutes, ((5 posts )) the cloud thickens, making their vision only to the inside of the cloud, all around the afected person, lines of electricity begin to form, and open revealing eyes, and slowly the eyes get brithter and brighter, painfully bright, and then everything dissappears.

Description: Old time ballrom Music starts to play as a thunder cloud forms over head.
After a couple of minutes (( 4 posts )) thunder slowly touches the ground, and stays in place, and it opens up to blackness, and out comes thousands and thousands of eyes, all floating around the opponent, almost as if they are dancing, everythime the opponent touches one, it turns to lightning and zaps them, appearing to leave a scar, and smolder any clothing on that spot.

Description: The user seems to not move his/her body, and only seems to move in frames, and after every movement, a giant Eye of thunder is left in the user's place.
The affected person doesn't notice right away, but the eyes left by the user slowly close in on them, and when it finishes, it is the equivalent of getting 50 tazers to the body. it leaves no scars, but it does hurt.
