Description: Located in an open-roof stadium is the ring where the first round fights will be taking place. The sound of wild cheering from the many fans that have congregated here fill the arena in a loud uproar as cameras zoom in on the action to broadcast the fights all over the world. The floor of the arena is a glossy hard floor with the logo of GTB painted in purple and pink upon the white sheen.

Field Measurements: The fighting area is a perfect circle with a 50 yard diameter. The walls that keep the fighters away from the spectators are raised up to ten feet.

Ten Count Boundary: The ten count begins whenever the fighter is knocked out of the bounds of the fighting area, such as into the spectator seats. The flying count out is also in effect, which means, if you stay above ground by your own will for more than ten seconds, you will be DQ'd.

Fight Ends: After 11:59 PM on Jun 16th. That means when it becomes Jun 17th, fights are over.

Yi walks through the entrance to the stadium, the crowd loudly cheering with everyone else filling the stadium. Not Yi's Particularly the best area but this will be a good place for him, He looked around to find a good spot but choosing non other then a nice spot fifteen yards from the edge of the circle to the south. Standing here he'd close his eyes breifly, whether or not his opponent for this round came in, it was not of an importance to him but more so for him to not stay so hyped up about the fans, cameras and that everyone would be seeing him, win or fail.

His Goal was to win this and that his calmed self was set on

From the north end of the arena, across the very calm competitor came a completely opposite competitor. Dropping down from the edge of the arena near the darkened tunnel of the north side, rather then just take the tunnel its self, Rikei's feet impacted with the ground causing craters to form and the earth to shake-no wait. That's wrong.

Rikei's shoes touched down on the floor of the arena like a feather softly landing in comparison to most fighters. Where was the big rathin' gurth? Where was the huge monster that would crush all in front of him with a hand and a half sword? Where was the Freakin' Armor!? Nope, instead there was a 5' 4" tall, 125 pound, blonde haired, blue eyed b***h. What was a little rat like this even doing in a big bad tournament? Well, that would just have to be discovered in time.

For now Rikei would stare across the arena, a wolfish grin spreading across his face. Studying his opponent he made several notes. First there was the eyes. It seemed as though the man had a blindfold on, covering his eyes. Most likely a blind bugger, unable to see, poor b*****d. Almost made this whole shindig seem unfair, and maybe it was. Still, if the man managed to qualify for the tournament then he probably had some way to see an attack coming, some sort of third eye or extra sensory that would aid him. Still, when facing a blind opponent it really would be a b***h move to go and actually improve your vision. Guess Rikei was just that much a b***h, as he pulled down his blue-tinted blast goggles from his blond locks and adjusted them over his eyes. The electronic components quickly snapped to life as letters, numbers, and lines quickly materialized on the inside of the lenses. b***h move Rikei. b***h move.

That wasn't all to the man however, there was more. Next was the calm demeanor, completely opposing the Al Bhed's eccentric nature and explosive attitude. Rikei's emotions were typically worn on his sleeves, if not presented on a pedestal or even shoved in your face. Thing was, Rikei was smart. Genius even. Smart enough to know that if you were that calm in this setting, with thousands of cheering fans and building pressure, then you were trained. Not only trained, you were disciplined. This was a fighter, a soldier even, that Rikei was facing. Hell, judging by the smaller size and nature of the opponent he would even be willing to take a bet that the guy was a monk of some sort. He just seems to fit the bill. Obviously this guy couldn't be taken lightly, not at all. Not that Rikei was worried, oh no, he was glad. It was time to be cocky, and time to showcase his art. If he truly wanted to prove that the science of chemistry was supreme, he would have to put on hell of a demonstration.

"E ruba ouin nayto, 'lyica.."

With that Rikei would reach to his sides, like a gunslinger of the old west reaching for his six shooters. Each hand would bring up a bottle filled with liquids, much like the other bottles attached various parts of his body. In his left hand was a bottle of red liquids and in his right was a bottle filled with green. Taking a mere two steps into the large arena, the grin on Rikei's face could only continue to grow, widening eyes hidden behind blue glass.

"Ed'c Crufdesa!"

"zhaoliao wo. Rang kaidong." Yi would put out to start as he'd draw his katana from its sheath with his right hand, its silver hued blade which was a curved edge katana with a serrated edge, it was approximately twenty four inches long and to hold the hilt it was about six inches, enough room for him to use his sword effectively. He'd hold his sword at his side at the same time a small silver object would appear in the palm of his left hand, One of the twenty senbon hidden on him would had been pulled from his sleeve and into his hand, it was about five inches so he was very careful on how he was going to use this at first but he'd watch calmly as he'd bring his hands to the front of him, centered in a fast but not impossible to see motion to grab the katana hilt with both hands now. The senbon would now be hidden along the hilt under both hands for now for a surprise attack if his opponent didn't see exactly what it was.

A smile would crack over his face with his eyes opening beneath the blindfold. No he wasn't blind but just a look he and his brothers all wore but it sure did surprise people when they find out he isn't blind. Seeing through this blind fold a little he made out what his opponent looked like and took a few notes like the bottles of red and green liquids he had.

Yi was officially ready to start if his opponent was ready to start. "Let’s start" He'd pronounce in English with a slight Chinese accent with a sound of a lower pitched tone in his voice. His eyes still kept on his opponent while he used this small time before his opponent would start the match to plan out the first few attacks.

Before the word start could even escape the man's mouth, Rikei was already on the move. It didn't really matter what the guy said at this point, the first thing was gibberish to Rikei anyways, and the rest was thought to be more of the same. After all, the Al Bhed already had a tough time grasping english as it was. Without hesitation Rikei began flipping the bottles in his hands.

The flips and spins of the bottles would be mixed and seemingly random. It appeared similar to a bartender doing fancy tricks with liquor bottles, except that while it seemed like Rikei was just being flashy there was a method to his madness. In secret the random flips and spins were done in a specific order and way in order to activate the chemicals inside the bottles via specific motions. Not only that, he was setting a timer for his chemicals, activating them in a certain way so that they would fulfill chemical reaction exactly where Rikei wanted them to once thrown. Regardless, with one last backwards flip for each Rikei would catch the bottles in midair by their tops. Time for the fireworks.

With his chemicals set, Rikei would pull his left arm back before snapping it forward and releasing the bottle in his hand. The bottle would follow a line from his hand and straight towards his opponent, a line drawn inside the frames of his goggles that only he could see. The throw was adjusted in power and angle to keep right on course, even adjusting for wind resistance. Everything was mapped out perfect. And all his opponent would see is a bottle spinning rapidly towards him through the air.

Whizzz~

The bottle would close in on it's target quickly. As it spun the chemicals inside would begin to glow, the red liquid growing brighter and brighter inside it's glass container. Within a matter of seconds the bottle would close the distance, moving to a foot away from the blindfolded figure. There the chemicals would finally finish their reaction, the red glowing at their brightest. And ******** signature, the chemical explosion that he had developed for years in his labs across his world and this one. From the bottle would surge heat carried by force, a force capable of rending armor, cracking bones, and felling foes. It was not a force to be taken lightly, nor was it a conventional weapon that many were used to dealing with. Should Yi find himself within the six by six foot blast radius, he would experience a burst of heat propelled into his body with a blast of ripping force. The closer he was to the bottle at the point of explosion, the worse the effects would be. To top it off, should he even be touched by the edge of the explosion, he would feel chemical burns form on his flesh as the splashes of chemicals that touch flesh react badly with it, forming a burning sensation.

To some it up, being touched by the explosion was bad. Well, duh.

Rikei was watching this entire event, waiting to see what happened. In fact, he was already readying his second attack, with the green bottle in his hand set to react more slowly then the red. All he had to do was wait for the right moment, then use the confusion of the explosion to strike when his opponent wasn't ready. In the meantime he would simply watch the beauty of his chemical reaction from tinted lenses, and wait.

Yi raised his blade up over his head as soon as the vial left the man’s hands as if he were going to slice down towards the vial. Nope, he was actually tricking his opponent into thinking that but he actually pulled the senbon out from the hidden spot and sloppily threw it at the vial as it flew at it on an angle from about sixty six degree's it'd put the vial off course or have it explode, This senbon wasn't just some small needle though it was a three millimeter diameter at the center of it with the length of Five inches which was made of carbon steel, but how could something like this put the bottle off course or even puncture it? Well with a point of concentration with this it could either shatter it or go straight through it and create two holes. Yi wasn't gonna wait to see what was going to happen or if it missed and the vial do what it was intended to if the bottle didn't get hit, without wasting a moment he'd dart to the right to circle around as he'd sheath his katana in the same instant as he'd do sideways flip grabbing two senbon in the process out of his shoes. As he landed he threw them at his opponent then darted towards him pulling the katana out of the sheath with his left hand then putting it behind him so he could run. The blade facing the ground looking like he was or is planning to do an upwards cleave towards the man’s mid section.

Rikei was grinning as his 'art' spun through the air, ready to perform the first demonstration of the day. However it seemed a small projectile was thrown to counter the spinning bottle, a needle used in attempt to cancel the projectile's movement or destroy the glass. Considering the skill of the opponent it was likely that he could throw a needle to hit a small rapidly moving bottle in mid-air, but even if such a feat occurred, would it truly be effective? It would be difficult for a weapon used to hit vital and pressure points on an opponent rather then cause straight damage through force to destroy any object, considering that is not it's intended purpose. Likewise, though the bottle was made of glass, a bottle of glass was often more difficult to break then people gave it credit for, especially when the bottle was spinning through the air. It was actually the spinning motion of the bottle that would likely deflect the oncoming needle, sending the senbon away with likely nothing more then a scratch to the bottle. Another possible though less likely scenario would be for the senbon to actually puncture the bottle as it would flesh and sink in to cause damage to the bottle or even go through it. Regardless, the chemicals would only explode once the time required for the reaction was reached, even if their progress was slowed or stopped. None of these possibilities really mattered, however, as it seemed Yi was going to elude the explosion in any case via quick movement.

Even as an explosion would occur on the battlefield, sending forth a billow of flame and smoke, Rikei's goggles would continue to keep track of his opponent, the Al Bhed's eyes being led by a dotted line on his view screen. The goggles were putting forth scanned data and giving advice on the best course and manner in which to send forth the chemical devices to damage and remove a target. The advice for the green bottle in Rikei's hand had so far been to throw the bottle, allow it to reach it's destination close to the opponent, then explode outwards in all directions. Then, suddenly, the device changed it's mind.

"Oui cina?" As the boy raised an eyebrow at the machine's change of mine a small green text appeared before his eyes stating 'Yes' in Al Bhed. "Naymmo?" It was an odd strategy to use this early in a fight and Rikei wasn't keen on wasting a precious bottle of chemicals on a foolhardy move if it wasn't necessary. Still unused to using the machina goggles, he wasn't sure if he should trust their imput. Still, obviously programed with a bit of his twin's personality, the goggles would pop up another word in large bolded letters on his goggles stating clearly.
"Oac vilgehk naymmo!"

That was all that was really needed to convince Rikei at that point. After all, who really wants to argue when your goggles are yelling at you? A small tweak was made on the already activated bottle in his hand, spinning the bottle twice to the left then once to the right before grapping the bottle's end in his hand and throwing it sideways the bottle spinning through the air like a disk. The bottle would spin forward, not directly at his opponent, but rather intercepting a target that Rikei himself could not see. His goggles, on the other hand, could sense the oncoming projectiles just fine and would ensure that it was taken care of so long as Rikei followed it's instructions.

It could easily be seen that the chemical reaction for this batch of chemicals was actually occurring much more rapidly then the previous chemicals that were thrown. In fact as pressure built from the chemical reaction the bottle, only a matter of feet away from the oncoming projectiles, would burst midway across the field. However the chemicals would spew forth from the edges of the bursting bottle and would be pulled outwards by the centrifugal force of the spin. This would essentially create an expanding green disk of green chemicals still moving forward across the field.

Almost immediately upon forming the large green frisby of now activated base, the oncoming projectiles would be met with this moving obstruction. The likely result? The two needles would almost surely be swept up in the liquid and thrown off course, if not caught in the frisby of doom its self.

But that isn't where the disk would stop, oh no. It would continue vertically, very slowly dropping as it traversed across the field towards a now oncoming opponent who was running towards Rikei with sword drawn. Given that the man was advancing quickly on Rikei with intent to slash him, it would more difficult for him to dodge the oncoming green frisby of melty doom.

A smug green smiley face came up on Rikei's view screen as an effective disk attack was launched on his opponent, Rikei resenting the smug satisfaction of his brother's contraption. "Milgo kiacc." He spat out. "Cdemm luimth'd ryja tuha ed fedruid so lraselymc." Still even with his commentary the smiley face would go on to wink at him on his screen before it disappeared and a new line formed on his screen. Working in tune with the device Rikei would pull forth two more bottles to his hands, a red bottle in his right this time, and a blue in his left. His left hand would remain inactive at the moment, but as the green frisby of melty doom closed in on his opponent Rikei's right hand would begin activating the red bottle. The thought process here was simple. Wait for the opponent to dodge the low flying disk and use the opportunity to catch him in an attack. And if the opponent didn't dodge the oncoming attack? Well, there was room to counter that situation as well.

Rikei grinned. Now, before all these people, he could show who's science was truly better. "E'mm cruf oui oad, Pnudran!"

Yi's Eyes opened as he watched this bottle thrown which took his senbon, now he had to get ready for the start of this. "First Storm: Fierce rain" Yi stated as he'd run towards the glass bottle slashing upwards, but this was no normal slash. This slash was demonstrating what he and his brothers are made of and can do. This would be his Calming flame which surrounded his Katana blade, the Calming Flame appeared to have sparkles of some type running through it, giving it a similar appearance to water ripples. It is more or less opaque, and has a Dark Blue at the center while the outer part of the Flame is a pale Light Blue with large, oscillating spikes. With this large slash upwards a sweep big enough to phase the Liquids around and the bottle would fly towards it. Chemical reaction? Oh no more, you see this calming flame was a physical form of energy shaped in a flame but it's true potential is to Calm down attacks or weaken them. He could also have people feeling calm with his flames also. So with that the chemical reaction that was happening or supposed to happen would not since the chemicals inside had been calmed. Not saying all of attacks will be but since a reaction is started to calm naturally it'd just turn back to the chemicals.

But Yi wouldn't stop just there, he'd slide on his knees to avoid the chemicals as they flew past him. Now there was probably this green liquid from the glass bottle on the ground since liquids don't stay around a bottle. Instead of walking over it Yi would take a step back and kick off of the ground to take some jump over it. "Second Storm: Sprinkling rain" Yi said as his flames on his katana would begin to spit off of the blade as he traveled towards his opponent, Landing Right in front of his opponent he wouldn't use his katana but do a fake slash to his right arm while he pulled his right leg up and extended it for a strong triangle kick to his opponents solar plexus if it landed. Enough power to push him back if hes still standing or knock him over. But if he was really light and actually took air he would be in some trouble if he didn't land in time. .

Suddenly a flame of energy flared from the strange opponent's weapon as the name of the attack was yelled out loud. Of course the yelling didn't necessarily help Rikei any, considering his english was limited, but that wouldn't matter. His swirled blue eyes suddenly grew with wide intensity. This was about the absolute worst thing the opponent could have possibly done in this fight. Well, aside from putting on a Iwagakure headband.

"..Ninjutsu.."

The two words were spat out with quite a bit of venom, Rikei immediately realizing what this power was. Most opponents would have been at least mildly shocked or surprised by such a power, but not him, he knew exactly what this had to be. He had seen such strange works of magic before, and though it looked like some sort of odd fira, Rikei knew better. This was no magic of his world, at least not with the way it appeared. No, this looked to be one of the "Ninja Arts" that Rikei knew of all too well. In fact, considering the odd nature odd nature of the chakra attack, consisting of flame without fire, Rikei would have to take a guess at a Kekkei Genkai. That would just go to light even more of a fire in Rikei's belly.

You see, Rikei really hates most ninja. The fact that there are one, if not two separate ninja villages who have put his name in their bingo books as an A-class criminal probably doesn't help. And now there was a ninja here, in the arena with him. What was he? A spy? An assassin? Had the long reach of the Village Hidden in the Rock even come so far as to even reach him here? Oh no son, this wouldn't do at all.

With teeth gritting and wide eyes keeping a lock on his target like never before. The red bottle was almost activated already, two flips forward, a flip back, spin left, spin right, forward, back and grab. However as he finished his activation of the red bottle, he would already begin work with the blue, spinning the bottle left, left again, right, back, left, forward, back, ready. However after roughly two flips with the blue bottle the red was already activated, right at about the time that the flame, looking more like ninjutsu every minute, had neutralized the acidic chemicals. Not that Rikei would know, fortunately for the boy, considering this neutralization was quickly followed by a dodge under the chemical disk. And it was when his opponent was in this awkward position that Rikei chose to strike.

Whizzzz~!

"Ayd drec, ninja ******** his opponent was on his knees, likely leaning back to avoid the low flying disk, the chemical bottle would surge forward as it once again spun through the air. Before the boy would even have a chance to regain his composure from the dodge the explosive would be upon him. There was no mercy here, no time for showmanship, this was a ninja dog and had to be put down before he could return the favor.

With that harsh attitude burning in the Al Bhed's eyes, he watched and waited, the bottle in his left hand was activated and ready to go. All he needed to see was how the ninja was going to try to move his body out of the way of this one, so that Rikei could counter. Rikei wasn't going to let up, he was going to pound away until he caught the boy in a chain reaction of chemicals, and if this continued it was only a matter of time.

It was time that Rikei Luca showed these people in the arena why he had earned the name "Kyuuzou" in the ninja nations.

Yi thought to himself as he heard the word Ninjutsu as he'd be dodging the disk he'd lose focus for a second and that was his mistake. The vial was right upon him as he saw it. "s**t" He said as he'd stick his hands up as it exploded as a giant explosion from the chemicals first shown but quickly followed by the blue calming flame burning around the explosion making the blast not as bad as it could have been, but no it doesn't stop there. The flames that rose from the explosion flew towards his target like they were locked onto him, Suddenly from the dust where the explosion was sixteen senbon flew at him from different sides along that one hundred and eighty degree's in front of him.

Yi wasn't dodging or neutralizing the whole thing. His sleeves on his jacket he was wearing was all ripped up along with his forearms and palms of his hands were looking raw. His sword was left where he was to the fact he would have to go in for a quick rushing to get his opponent out and which he would do but his nerves were going crazy in his arms, his pain receptors were extremely sensitive so this felt like millions of needles lacing his arms. He was stuck there in pain for the moment as he spread his Calming flame over his hands and arms for it to go in and have his pain receptors calm down like as if it was a pain killer.

Jackpot. Yi was already hit by one attack. The result would likely be chemical burns, heat burns, and most importantly the dangerous force that was emitted from Rikei's chemical explosives. All of this at critical range, hitting his opponent with the center of the explosion. Needless to say that would be bad for Yi, but it wasn't even the worst part.

As soon as the explosive went off, Rikei was already on the move. Not letting up for a moment Rikei would launch the blue bottle straight into the confusion and smoke of the blast. With all the smoke around it was doubtful that Yi would even see the second bottle coming, and the loud blast from the explosive at extremely close range would likely disable his ability to hear something like a bottle flying through the air. In other words it was already unlikely that recovering from the blast Yi could dodge the second attack, and since it was nearly impossible to know the attack was coming Yi would also be likely unable to brace against the attack, via supernatural means or otherwise. All around this was just bound to be bad for Yi.

Whizzzz~

As the blue bottle flew through the air, closing in on Yi, it would continue the process of chemical reaction. This particular reaction was most interesting as it quickly built up a charge of electricity inside the bottle. The charge would grow exponentially, the electricity inside the bottle building as the reaction occurred. Then as the bottle closed in on Yi the built up pressure from the reaction would cause the bottle to burst and a huge burst of electricity would be loosed in a sphere with a six foot radius, likely catching Yi in it's range.

BZZZZZZZZZT

Though it is likely that Yi would be caught in this attack he was not without hope. Yi was making a counter attack, aiming to fire a number of senbon out at his opponent from the smoke and chaos. Unfortunately there was a mistake here. The loosed senbon were strong in number, yes, but to do actual important or lethal damage other then getting stabbed with a needle the senbon needed to hit in pinpoint areas. With the chaos of the explosion, the smoke covering the area around Yi, it would be impossible for him to send out senbons with the needed accuracy to do their intended damage.

As the needles cleared the smoke, Rikei would see a small disruption from the viewscreen of his goggles. "Cred!" In a split second of pure adrenaline he would realize that something had moved and attempt to dodge, throwing himself to the left. Of course this would be met with mixed results, as he would dodge most of the projectiles, but they were just moving too fast and with too little time to react in order to dodge more. Rikei's right side was quickly barraged with senbon, taking two senbon to the shoulder, another to the arm, one to the side, and three to the leg. Seven senbon hit in total, but due to the lack of accuracy and the quick evasive maneuver none of them hit in vital areas. They still hurt like a b***h though.

"Dryd vilgehk rind ninja cred!"

If the boy was trying to calm or quell Rikei, he was doing a piss poor job. All he had managed to do thus far was anger the young Al Bhed with every move he made. With relentless fervor Rikei quickly picked himself up, grabbing a red bottle with his left hand and his only yellow bottle with his right. He had to be ready for his opponent to come at him should he have enough strength left to do so. As he rose Rikei would quickly move backwards while facing where he had last seen his opponent, the cloud of now clearing smoke. All this time Yi had attempted to close the distance, doing so bit by bit, but paying for every foot of distance with Rikei's assaults. Now it was time for Rikei to show that he could still move and fight, and lengthen the distance before his opponent breached the gap.

"E's kuehk du dyga oui tufh oad. Hu ninjutsu lyh vyla so lraselym'c fnydr!"

Yi Didn't seem to even notice the blue vial flying towards him as he was hit with the electrical explosion which caught him, the electricity running through him as he could feel every volt which surged through his nerves.. He was truly in some world of pain in to top that he'd try to shrink despite the pain as he started to flood his blue flame out as it'd push the chemicals to a point of the reaction calming down which shrunk the electric volts flying at him which was a pain, But oh no he hadn't enough energy which these electric volts were building up inside then it lost control of his flames which caused the end of this fight. The Volts from it flew with an immense force. Pushing Yi back over the Stadium floor which hurt quite a bit considering it would be like a burn but worse but he still moved despite that force against him he'd take into the air from it and hit the wall. He was In the match still i guess but actually he was knocked out so by default i guess his opponent wins.
