Kazi was checking up on his payment, normally he forgot but for some reason he remembered this one and as per usual he was able to check up on the female easy enough. The pride was a little odd in his view but he didn't care too much. He had decided to drop in early morning to see if payment was about to be collected.
It didn't take him too long to find the lioness, he knew his own powers easy enough and it was because of that he was able to track her down. He made his presence known and then waited. He could smell others that smelt like her, maybe today would be payday after all.

Kimimela had made short work of finding a male to help her get the baby that would be used to pay back Kazi for his help. What she hadn't expected was that there would be so many of them- or that she might get attached to them. She was awake before them this morning, curled around them to keep them safe and warm, thinking about them. Kokoto looked so much like her, Pali so much like her dad and Kianga, she'd been told, like her grandmother. Sawa and Rajani had been somewhat disappointing, they looked like their father. It wasn't a bad thing, really, but they were just so odd next to the other bright colors. And she decidedly liked having things that looked like her.
She lifted her head and perked her ears when suddenly she realized that Kazi was nearby, he'd finally come to take his payment. She carefully removed herself from the group of cubs, she didn't need to wake them all up, only one needed to know what was going on. Once she was free, she got to her feet and went to face Kazi.

Kazi watched as she came towards him and he nodded at her. By the way she moved he was pretty certain she had cubs. He had seen mothers before and they all seemed to act in a certain way.
"So am I right in thinking you have cubs now?" Kazi spoke softly, more so then normal. He was here to pick one cub not however many were over there. He wasn't really a fan of cubs, in fact he still wasn't sure what he was going to do with the cub. He would have to think about that.
He watched her carefully, after all he had to be ready to take her colour away if there was to be any issues.

Despite what was about to happen, she was still very happy when she spotted Kazi. He had given her what she wanted, that was very hard to hate. She nodded and stepped to the side to her could walk back to where she had come from.
"Yes," she said, looking back to where the pile of fuzz was, "They're this way, there's five of them." She nodded matter-of-factly, but she said it mostly because she hadn't been expecting so many when the got pregnant. She was starting to think it was a good thing, though. Now she'd still have four, she could be attached to them.

Kazi just nodded and smiled somewhat. For a mother she seemed very matter of fact about giving her cubs away. Well she clearly liked her vanity. Kazi couldn't really mind about that, he was too vain for his own good. It was a well known fact.
"Five? Fair enough, and the father knows of the arrangement?" Kazi wouldn't have a problem dealing with the father but best avoid it if possible.
Kazi saw the cubs and was slightly amused by the two darker ones. Didn't she like bright colours? A female caught his eye though, bright colours that's what he liked. After all Kazi could control colours and colours were so much more interesting.

Kimi beamed down at the little ones when Kazi was close enough to see the bright and dark pile of fuzz. She turned when he commented on the father and shook her head.
"Their father doesn't, he probably doesn't even know about them," she said, smiling, "So there's nothing to worry about there." Kimi had gone out specifically to get pregnant, it was just easier if there wasn't someone else around. The last thing she needed was someone nagging her about the deal she made. She wanted to stay blue, thanks. She hadn't been too worried about the father being colorful, that was how she ended up with Sawa and Rajani.
"So, hmm," she stepped forward, not entirely sure how the process was going to work so she decided to just grab one- and she purposefully reached for one of the dark fluff balls. She ended up lifting up Rajani, looking to Kazi to see what he thought.

Kazi looked at the cub as it seemed to wake up being held by it's mother. It was completely black, no thank you. Black wasn't a colour unless it was used as a base for more lively colours. He could use her as a palette but work would need to be done.
"No thank you. That one there please." He pointed to the other female sleeping in the cub pile, one who had rather bright colours on her. Kazi smiled at that one completely ignoring the cub that she was holding. Black honestly did she really think he would like something black? Geesh!

While hopeful he might take Rajani, she didn't react immediately when he said no and picked out a cub for himself. She'd expected it, only hoped otherwise. At least he wasn't indicating the one that looked like her, though she supposed that would be the more boring of the colorful options. She set down Rajani once again and picked up the only colorful female, Kianga. The cub blinked sleepily as she was lifted but didn't really seem to wake up until Kimi set her at Kazi's feet.
"There you go," she said.

Kazi had to admit that this was a little too easy. He had hoped for some resistance but no nothing. This mother was giving up her own flesh and blood to be blue. Kazi smiled and nodded.
"Thank you, your payment is complete." He looked down at the cub still wondering what the hell to do with it. Maybe he would go give it to Mora. She was female surely she had the mothering instinct in her? Sounded like a plan, he would dump the cub on Mora, it would probably annoy her too, defiantly a good plan.
"Has this cub a name or am I to name her?" He really didn't want to name her. She would probably just get called 'It' if he had to name her. He wasn't really a naming type.

Kimi smiled, pleased to have followed through with her end of the deal-- until she was asked about the cub's name and she couldn't seem to spit it out. She glanced down at the bleary-eyed, yellow and purple fluffball now sitting at Kazi's feet, looking confused.
She looked back up to Kazi, hesitating only another second before finally saying it.
"Kianga."
If it wasn't so early in the morning, if her butterfly friends were around, she would feel better. She'd need to go directly to find them, tell them the good news. She could be blue forever, this way. Little Kianga had perked up when she heard her name, stumbling her way to her feet and aiming to go to her mother-- but Kimi did not look back down.

"Kianga?" He then nodded and looked down at the cub.
"Well I am done here, enjoy your life and the other cubs. I shall take this one with me." He then picked up Kianga by the scruff of the neck and turned away. He walked quite a distance before flying off in to the air, the small cub dangling from his teeth.
Now to find Mora... he was sure she would love the present he had to give her!

Silent, Kimimela watched Kazi go. Once she couldn't see him anymore she looked back to the cubs.. and then up to the sun. Still too early. But her top priority once the day properly arrived was to go find her butterflies. Until then, she settled back in beside the pile of cubs.
