This thread is for supporting thoes who want to get in shape, but are lazy as can be (or anything else holding you back)^_^

Or thoes who are just lazy... *points to self*

Please post why you want to get into shape, how you want to do it and what is holding you back from doing it. I'll go first! xd

Okay... I want to get into shape NOT because I want to look great in a swimsuit, but because I want to be able to WALK up the stairs without feeling like I need an inhailer... sweatdrop
I plan on joining the gym for women called Curves. There is one right down the street so there is nothing really keeping me from going... aside from my horribly, horribly lazy a**.... xp

I am going to keep track of my success with this weight loss ticker...

These are my reasons...
Hmm... I guess the reason why I want to lose weight and get in shape is just because for my own health and maybe also for myself cause I am comfortable with my size now, I guess its just because I'm still very very... very self-conscious about myself when I wear certain clothes. Also I want to be more motivated to just get up and go do something and not stay in the house for days on end. Just to have energy to just... go!

Other reasons...
I get made fun of a lot so I want to use that negative energy that I feel from other people and turn it into something postive for myself. It'd make shopping a lot easier for me too. Also I want to look better for my boyfriend, but its just not for him... I mean... I don't know how to say this right... I guess sometimes I don't believe him when he says that I look good in something when I still think that I'm not. I want to give him the reassurance that I do believe him even though he says I'm just fine the way I am with sincerity. I want to make myself feel worthy of him by looks since he already loves my personality... I guess that's why. Also I'm sick of my older brother calling me names and stuff! Grrrr! That makes me so mad!

I guess that's it.

I want to do this by starting out slow by going out jogging sometimes or just for walks. Do some pilaties at home since I can't afford a gym right now... and eat better and cut down on the usual sweets. That's the way to do it for me! biggrin

What's holding me back is that I lack motivation and energy... blah... whee sad domokun xp

You should. I havn't had it for very long and rarely (I'm going to start, though) play it, but my friend lost like 20 pounds playing it alot.

Its cool! Its cool! Uh... Stick with mostly fruits for the next day and have like a yoplait yogurt smoothie thing. Good well eaten breakfast and walk about one mile. Yogurt can burn excess calories that you haven't used and help you digest well and the fruit can help the yogurt as well. Good breakfast should give you the good jump start too and don't forget orange juice! Better to use OJ since it gives you that zing you need to feel awake! Or tries anyway... hahaha.

So there's a tip! I hope it works out!
