[...Whether you love or just love to hate the 90's, those years were a part of your history. It's the decade some of you were born. Some graduated highschool.
What did you love and hate about the 90's??
Got a favorite saying or catch phrase?
What was your fave song? "Historical" event? biggrin
Why don'cha have a look here and here so we can all have a lovely discussion about a decade we "all" know?! xd
Have fun!] [TRIVIA RULES:] At least one trivia question will be asked per day.
The time at which the question(s) will be asked will vary. *I am on Eastern Time.
The first person to post the correct answer wins the specified points for that question.
IMPORTANT exclaim NO CHEATING!! Once you post an answer, it cannot be changed!!
Spelling counts!
Be sure to specify which question(s) you are answering.
The judges will help determine who the winner is for that question. *Judges are also eligible to play, (except me; I can't answer unless everyone is stumped, in which case no one gets the points), but I expect judges to be EXTRA-honest when giving answers since they are here to help protect the integrity of the game. surprised
JUDGES NEEDED!! biggrin
Points from trivia questions answered correctly will be posted next to each player's name. Right now points have an undetermined [ ninja ] value, but when the trivia contest is over, they will be converted into prizes!! [JUDGES:] Passion_Dragon Crystal Espers *PM me or post here if you'd like to be a judge! [PLAYERS & POINTS:] Crystal Espers - 6 correct answers [53 pts total] The_Answer_to_Love - 1 correct answer [40 pts total]

Heh. I remember everything from 4th grade up. So..around '98 on up. I definitely remember 'the Macarena' and the comeback of the Electric Slide.

heart [I can't say that I've always hated the Macarena...but it certainly wore out its welcome fairly quickly. It became something everyone loved to hate. twisted
Yes...the Electric slide and all its other urban-inspired spin-offs...! xd (Maybe those came later.)]

. o O Since I lived through half of the 70's, and all of the 80's and the 90's, I bet I'd have a lot to contribute -- if I had any recollection of either decade...
I guess I'll have to go back and look at both of those pages and refresh my memory... sweatdrop O o .

To tell you the truth, I don't remember much either. I remember when Tupac got shot, most of the cartoons on Nickelodeon on Cartoon Network, the Monica Lewinsky deal, Chucky, and some other things...but nothing that really stands out.

I'm from washington so i was overly happy when the focus was suddenly on us with grunge music, nirvana, starbucks, and 10 things I hate about you blew up in the early ninties, I was actually proud to wear plaid flannel, and Nickoloedeon actually used to be good with Pete and Pete, Clarissa Explain's it all, All THat ( back when it was funny), but best of all My So Called Life. possibly the best hip hop album ever came out in the nineties too (The Miseducation of LAuryn Hill).

[ eek Those shows were awesome....I watched them all the time! I used to envy Melissa Joan Hart's wardrobe so much~! biggrin All that was awesome back in the day. Today, it's just boring and way too babyish. xp Pete and Pete was wierd, but enjoyable. I remember watching it in the summer...possibly because the one kid always wore a long sleeve shirt in the summer...He had a tattoo of a girl on his arm right?? xd
I didn't watch My So Called Life back then. And you're right about Hill--awesome CD! One of the first CDs I actually owned. rofl ]

I don't remember a damn thing about the 90's. (except for maybe Tupac died in the early 90's) I have such a bad memory of some things. I wasn't paying much attention to the news back then either, so I have no idea what went on in the world.
