I seen a lot of people saying how the doctors morals are really bad in this series and i was wanting to know if anyone else thought he was evil?
so far he has
1- The Beast Below- got mad at amy for doing the right thing but was nice to liz 10 even though she killed many of her subjects and gave them the chance of voting for the secret or killing them. liz 10 tried to kill children for bad grades and tortured and innocent creature using him for a slave but the doctor was still friendly to her.
2- Cold Blood- the doctor was not very happy with ambrose for trying to save her family but seemed fine with the silurians and understood their need to kill even though he stopped them.
3- Cold Blood- told the silurians to wake up in 1000 years but by this time the humans all left because of the solar flares in The Beast Below so he knew this would happen and if it didn't kill them then when the humans returned their would have been a war in finding their earth now taken over by aliens.
4- Victory Of The Daleks- he says to bracewell that he could go back home and be with dorabella but she couldnt have existed because bracewell was made by daleks but yet the doctor leaves him to go find her telling him he could go see her again. this seems evil.
so what are your thoughts?

Don't forget his outlook for not having an aunt in the events of Eleventh Hour. He seemed almost happy and yet crazed. We all know she died with the rest of his family in the Time War.
Or how he left Venice to the 100s of Saturnynians that ate anyone who took a swim.
I don't know if this is meant to be a serious topic or not but it's obviously the writers lack of skill and not the doctor being evil. He is supposed to be a cool doctor who is good and kind as even Amy points out after he scolds her and makes nice with the Queen.

[No Worse then 10 I believe, I mean 10 was brutal and I started to see it in the thrid season a little in that second season. The Doctor is a very...unquie Villian/hero.]

This is the 11th doctor not the 7th. This doctor is nice but he's just a little dim and not very bright. He's a bit slow and dumb is all but he means well.

1. Beast Below: Liz 10 had no idea what she was doing. Her government did it for her, and when she did find out about the Starwhale, all her memories were wiped. She couldn't really be held accountable for that.
2. Cold Blood: When was the Doctor fone with th Silurians killing?
3. Victory of the Daleks: The Doctor basically told Bracewell that he could go free. He gave him hope of starting a new life.

Liz 10 knew what she was doing because before she put in place the forget button she also put in place all the rules so even if she made herself forget she still made it happen and wanted it to happen and as the episode was showing, the subjects where loyal to her and did exactly what she said and nothing more. 2. At the end the doctor doesn't have a strong opinion of how wrong it is with the reason for war but he was more stern with Ambrose for over reacting and protecting her family. it was subtle but if you watch again I am sure you will notice. 3. He told Bracewell after the bomb had stopped that he could go free and said he could go back home. Bracewell said he could go find Dorabella and the doctor smiled. I don't think he is evil but like it shows in the beast below when Amy found the way out, he is a little slow and dumb but that is the charm for me.

So, let me get this right. We have (only) 3 options here?
It is either
1) The doctor is evil
2) The 11th doctor is just dumb
3) Bad writing

Moffat did say that, proving he had not done his research.
Something that people put down to lack of skill for a writer of such a long running show. Moffat said he had only watched a handful of 1st doctor episodes and 6 of RTD's, though.
Meddling Monk, the Master, Omega, the Rani? (WERP WERP WERP WERP!) They all must have left the brakes on.

That's more like doing something just to tick off the older fans :/ Either that or River's saying that JUST to annoy him. Which seems like her, she's quite smug with her knowledge of his future. You could be 100% right. It is clear that Moffat may not of been much of a fan from 2-10 and that could be the entire reason of the brake thing, Moffat just doesn't know any other time lords or TARDIS. That isn't to say that she wasn't just messing with the doctor or got it wrong and gave herself up as a bad driver, the doctor may have just not wanted to tell her any different.
I could guess Moffat meant it to show how silly the doctor can be and thought no one else showed up in a TARDIS before. But I bet Moffat left a window incase he was wrong and River could have been joking with him.

In beast below the doctor had 2 options to either let the space whale live and kill people or cause it to be a vegtable. the doctor couldn't join the dots together like he always could when no one else could. something the doctor was famious for and made him brilliant. now Amy Pond comes in and sees a 3rd option and wins the game. Amy Pond seems to see things no other person can in the most unlikely way for her charcter. causing lots of jokes on the internet about her solving crimes and wearing a sherlock holmes jacket and pipe.
