Aya decided to go for a run. she's a centaur: she likes to run. so she went to the forest and lost herself in the breeze and the rhythm of her steps. and now she is lost and can hear a strange growling in the distance. "hello, anyone there?" she cries. nothing but her own echo replies. figures. great, and on my first day at this place, too. the growling starts up again and Aya decides to start running again, and maybe come to a familiar place...

still lost. now its getting dark and i still dont know where i am. "anyone? hello? please?" nothing, not even her echo this time, answers. just silence. Aya looks to the sky and sees the waining crescent moon. "New moon is soon" she says to herself as she begins to look for any type of shelter.

sitting in a small cave with a campfire by the entrance. thunder booms. "great, now its gonna rain." right on que, the rain begins to pound down on her little shelter.

wakes up. its now daytime again and the fire has gone out. Aya sighs and sits up. she leaves the cave and goes back into the forest in search of more firewood. is anyone even looking for me? she wonders. i havnt met many people yet, so maybe not. arms full of wood, she retraces her steps, but cannot find her cave. "Now where am i? i could have swarn the cave was right here!" there was nothing but a small clearing where she stood. "Well, it looks like its back to wandering the forest." she drops her wood and turns to go back into the forest.
