Amparo Edifice

User Image The Main Building:
- Called the “Amparo Edifice”
- The garden that weaves around the campus starts on both sides of this building.
- Contains three floors and a basement.

User Image First floor: Dining Hall // Ballroom, large enough to fit about 500 people (with a nice amount of breathing room) to the right of the entrance. When not functioning as a ballroom, long tables fill this room. Engraved columns support the upper floors, the walls are glass, and crystal chandeliers hang from the ceiling. Grand staircase leads out of the entrance hall and to the second floor. Servant's Quarters and the kitchen are located in the back. To the left of the entrance are three special rooms designed for training. Each one is about a third the size of the Dining Hall // Ballroom and are open for the use of certain classes, teachers, and independent studies upon request. A fourth room designed to fit a larger class is further along the hall in the same direction. All training rooms are protected by barriers that keep magic within the room. The walls are also re-enforced, but they've been known to crack under pressure before. (There is a bathroom on every floor but the basement. Yay basic plumbing!)

User Image Second and Third Floors: All classrooms are located on these floors. The size of each is the same, but the classrooms are pretty big, with only twenty classrooms to worry about on one floor and ten on the next. The second floor's room numbers go from 201 - 220. These are usually the more hands-on classes. The third floor's room room numbers go from 301 - 310. There are two spiraling staircases on either end of the long halls to get between classes.

User Image The Headmistress' and Lord's office and home are on the second half of the third floor, taking up plenty of room.

User Image The Basement contains all magical artifacts and plenty of Academy secrets. Students are not allowed downstairs and a magical barrier prevents access just in case.

User Image Extras About the Scenery:
1.) There is an open field with only a long dirt road leading back to the main road in front of the Main Building.
2.) The two regular dormitories are to the east, with the path to the main road leading out in a northwestern direction. The third dormitory is on the opposite side of the Main building. The three dormitories are facing the same direction as the main building.
3.) Behind the schools is a large, open field. Back even further is a large lake with a forest beyond it. The forest surrounds all sides of the school no leading to the main road, but starts a good few miles away from any building. Part of the open field is used for tournaments and special celebrations. It's mainly used as a place to kill time during independent studies and free time.

Three Dormitories:
1.) Azubuike Dormitory
2.) Philomena Dormitory
3.) Osamu Hall

User Image Azubike Dormitory
- Male Dormitory
- Two floors. Room numbers on first floor: 100 - 115. Room numbers on second floor: 200 - 215. All second floor rooms have a balcony.
- Each room is divided into two sections. The first is a shared bedroom with two queen sized beds and two matching wardrobes, as well as a nightstand with a small candle and matches beside each bed. The second is a combination living room, study, and small kitchen unit. This contains one desk with a lamp, a bookshelf beside it (the school only provides books for studies and a few blank journals), one couch and one armchair, and a low coffee table in the center by the seating area. An extra room to the side contains a bathroom, complete with a tub for bathing.
- Paint and furniture patterns vary with each room, but an entire apartment unit will match in theme.

- Female Dormitory
- Two floors. Room numbers on first floor: 100 - 115. Room numbers on second floor: 200 - 215. All second floor rooms have a balcony.

- Staff // Mentor Dormitory
- Two floors, again. First floor is for staff, second floor is for students. Room numbers on first floor: 100 - 115. Room numbers on second floor: 200 - 215. All second floor rooms have a balcony.
- Staff rooms match that of normal dorm rooms, with the only difference being that they are made for one person only. The bedrooms therefore have a single, king-sized bed, one wardrobe, and one nightstand.
- Rooms for mentored partners are slightly different due to the fact that they may accommodate a co-ed pairing. (This is one of the reasons the Academy is surrounded by scandal and rumors.) The bedrooms contain the same sized bed and necessities of a normal student dorm, but they are separated with the combination living room, study, and kitchen unit in the center. The bathroom is beside one of the bedrooms, but only accessible through the living room (etc.) area. Some students believe these dorms are more luxurious, but that is only a biased rumor.
- Paint and furniture patterns vary with each room, but an entire apartment unit will match in theme.
