His fringe consisting of multiple layers and falling to the right side of his face, slightly covering his right eye. The back is cut short enough so it can be styled into many messy spikes, pointing in different directions. The left side is styled to look as if it was trying to catch up to point at where the fringe is sitting, however it is always cut half the length of the fringe, making some of the hair just draped above his left eye, and some stopping just before reaching his eye |_

Talents/Skills: Fortay's skills and talents revolve around thievery and anything of the like. He is quiet skilled with locking picking (with small help from his reigen for more complex locks), pick-pocketing, eavesdropping, lying, being subtle, disarming traps, making poisons and traps. These skills allow him to gather information for his fraction or even protect information |_
Relationship skills: With him being highly polite, it allows him to get close to people really quickly, saying the right things at the right time and allowing him to get information out of people. Sometimes the way he speaks and talks to people is in such a strange manner, it basically makes some people slip up or reveal information to him. He is very friendly towards everyone which helps |_
Habits: Washing his hands with disinfectant, coughing into a tissue or handkerchief, playing with his plat as he talks casually, humming to himself quietly as he picks locks, randomly pick-pocket his close friends just for the fun of it |_

Overall Personality: Fortay is strange. He is very polite to everyone regardless if he likes them or not. If he did not like the person, it only made it easier for him to back-stab the person when the time arrived. He cares greatly for the people that are most close to him. If Fortay is required to back-stab one of these people, he will not hesitate, but he will make it so subtle that they did not know he was the one who done it, and if they did find out he would apologise greatly and explain it was part of his job. When misfortune strikes someone he is not familiar with or does not like, he gets a sense of pleasure from it. Also, if Fortay was not to get what he wants, he will stop at nothing to get it, both a person or a document.
If he is given a job that is too over the top and seems like it would hurt a large amount of people, he would tend to pass it up, even if he would love to see a large amount of people suffer, it would not be subtle enough and would most likely gather the attention of guards and may put him in harms way. Fortay always has a positive outlook on things, he will keep a smile on his face even with the worse of things, always looking ahead |_
Personality key question: How would your character spend a rainy day?: Fortay more the likely wake up in the morning and go straight to the shower. Dress in his finest clothing and walk down to the kitchen. Put on a pot of coffee and then make some eggs for breakfast and have coffee. Later he would then go to the lounge and grab the book that he might be reading at the time and do that till about noon. He would then next go take a look outside and if it is still raining, go inside and put on a pot of tea. He will drink his tea while flipping through any documents he might have on him at that point of time. Then later he would then go do some housework, clean dishes and of the like. Have some dinner that would consist of fish and perhaps rice. After dinner, he would have another pot of coffee and then a pot of tea, before going up to the door where his coat hanger is, grab a fine black coat and then go out to do some work, regardless if it is raining or not. Information is out there to gather. Then after returning home, he would then change into some comfortable clothing, place any information onto the coffee table to look through the next morning and then go to bed |_
How do they dress?: He wears a red fully buttoned up waist-coat with black pinstripes and tight black skinny leg jeans. Wears a white dress shirt that is slightly puffy at the shoulders. Wearing a dark maroon skinny tie and with a small golden cross at the end of it. The shoes are black leather lasses up dress shoes, with a slight heel. Wears a black leather belt with a sliver buckle. Wears a sliver ring on his right ring finger |_

Signature Technique: Ki is basically a technique that hides the sound of feet hitting a surface, it is a very basic and an easy skill to do only only consumes a small amount of Reiki to use for a long period of time. It is done by focusing the Reiki energy to flow more to the feet of the persons body and pump out slowly to remove the sound particles each time the foot hits a surface.
This skill is handy to use when trying to get through places and not be heard. The skill can be combined with any other ability the person may need to used, and it can also flow to any part of the body to remove the sound, so in the case of falling, if the person is quick enough, they can send pulses of Reiki energy to their hands as they fall and when their hands make contact to the floor, no sound is made |_

Reigen false-form ability: Assist in unlocking locks on doors to places and to help cover the person in a dark light to protect them from being seen to the naked eye, however the person can be seen if someone is able to locate spirits. The orbs can cover his hands in the lights to protect them from dealing with deadly poisons, traps or elements |_

Reigen true-form ability: The orbs enclose the hands in bright light. They can be thrown at an enemy to render them blind for a short period of time. They also can allow Fortay to absorb any element around him to use against the enemy by releasing the absorbed element onto the enemy. The orbs can move to his feet to allow him to move even faster than before and to walk on any surface/element (e.g: walls, ceilings, across water or fire) |_

Reading bottom to top details every change when and where, in order of occurrence |_05/05/2010: Have started to work on Fortay yet again. Updated the 'General Info' section regarding his favorite sayings and his vernacular to make it a much more role-playing friendly way of writing.
04/07/2010: Added Tek Tek versions of Fortay. Updated the 'other' sections which detail about Fortay's sadist ways. Reigen has be change to make the True-Form more powerful than it was previously and make the False-Form a bit more useful. Updated the 'Talents/Skills' section in 'General Info' to allow increasing the strength of the True-Form of the Reigen.
