Hey everyone i was planning on Ev training my lvl 1 cyndaquil. and also my bagon, i saw a forum a while back in the guild about how to Ev train i cant find it now, could someone explain what is the best way to or just put a link to the old forum or any other easy place to find how and where to Ev train,
