So, my wish Lucy and Gilded Dragon's wish Chai had some babies and we're giving away the adorable baby above...

Rules:
1. Must have 2 or less wishes to enter.
2. If you are a pure newbie (no wishes) you may have two tickets, but if you have 1 or 2 wishes you may only get 1 ticket.
3. Raffle will be open until June 7th, 8:00 EST
