I've been looking over the guild and I have no clue on where to start.

I suggest you make a recycle bin subforum and move everything there and start from scratch. Start with a new profile layout. Start with a new guild concept. How bout you make villages subforums instead of "the village hospital." You can make several other villages and a village hidden in the grave and just Rp between all of them..maybe even add custom villages. It's kinda boring when we don't have anyone to fight against except our own villagers.
Like this:
Profiles Subforum
Village Hidden in the Leaves
Village Hidden in the Mist
Village Hidden in the Sand
Village Hidden in the Grave
etc..
Not like this:
Village Profiles
Village Hospital
Village Training Ground
Village Academy
etc..

Well, I still want the guild to be the "Village hidden beneath the grave". It original and not like the other Naruto guilds. Pretty well just swipe the old threads clean, get rib of the inactive members and start anew. It's those inactive members that brought the guild down in the first place. It's like pendimic of the flue. If one person gets it and brings it into a crowded place, other poeple are going to get it and it'll keep spreading until everyone has it. But, that's just my opinion. Do what you like.

I actually like that this village guild has it's own hospital though. :.<;
But adding other places is a good idea though 3nodding

Do what you like. i like her idea keep the original name since we're the OG village ill try to get some more people like my friends to join and stuff but yeah get rid of the members that dont have more than at least 10 post (except for people that Dre is cool with) but everyone else take them out. every new comer starts at acad student lolz unless told or asked otherwise but those that have more than 10post but they dont post anymore or reply back to a guild message then delete them

If we're going to revive this place, I'll pitch in.
Mostly because it's your guild, Dre. xD
Anyway, I think we should keep the guild as it is.
Like, focused on our village.
BUT,
I also think we need a bigger area. Just inside and -just- outside isn't very encompassing.
I think it could be a bit more fun if we add other village subforums, but retain them to the one subforum, while our village takes up a few subforums.
Know what I'm saying?
Why did I pop in?
Because Rain's status thing showed up on my 'My Gaia' page, and it intrigued me. xD
{I'd have showed up sooner if only Dre had just asked for my help. >:I}
