Well everything looks good, however Ninjask wouldn't be allowed in this team if you were in an actual NFE/LC battle

Not permitted in NFE Battles

Hippopotas
item:expert belt
nature: Impish or Adamant
moves:
Yawn
Slack Off
Rock Slide
Earthquake

Yawn is great for either putting them to sleep or forcing changes. Slack Off heals as much as Recover.

Torchic
item: Focus Sash
nature: Jolly
moves:
Counter
Agility
Baton Pass
Reversal

Torchic doesn't have much to work with. The main point is to pass the Agility boost.. this set makes it kinda hard with the Sandstorm.. hopefully this is your lead. Agility then Baton Pass. Unless you can foresee an Earthquake. Then Counter. The foe will most likely be brought down. Next turn hope your faster and Reversal.

Piplup
item: wacan berry
nature: calm
moves:
Aqua Ring
Icy Wind/Ice Beam
Surf
Grass Knot/Toxic

Aqua Ring will nullify the Sandstorm. At least help.. Icy Wind lowers the foes speed but Ice Beam is stronger and may freeze. Surf is it's stab. And Grass Knot or Toxic handles other Water types.

Cranidos
item: Muscle Band/Life Orb/Choice Scarf or Band
nature: Adamant
moves:
Head Smash
Thunderpunch
Firepunch
Zen Headbutt/Crunch/Pursuit

This guy's your gunner. Baton Pass that Agility from Torchic to this guy or just slap a Scarf on him. Either way he's designed for a sweep.

Head Smash has immense Power. Thunderpunch is you Water Counter. Fire Punch is Grass Counter. Zen Headbutt is Fighting couner plus flinch hax. Crunch is basically coverage. Pursuit is only if you don't Choice him and you think people will switch out alot.

Pichu
item: magnet
nature: Jolly
moves:
Fake Out
Sweet Kiss
Iron Tail
Volt Tackle

Fake out as soon as you call it out. Then follow up with Sweet Kiss. It has less accuracy than Swagger but you don't raise their attack. Which isn't very desirable. Iron Tail is Rock Coverage and Volt Tackle is your main source of damage.

A better moveset would be..
Item: Focus Sash/Wise Glasses
Nature: Timid

Sweet Kiss
Nasty Plot
Grass Knot
Thunderbolt

Lead with Sweet Kiss. Follow up with Nasty Plot to raise your Special attack. Then Thunderbolt away. Grass Knot handles large Rocks and Grounds like Rhyhorn.

Three of your Pokemon are suspectable to water moves. Which is kinda bad. Unless your Craniados, Pichu and Piplup are high in speed.
