Biography: Draco grew up in France being able to speak two languages and hold a conversation in more. He learned these that way he negotiate his way out of battle with Mafia members who seemed to becoming more World-wide. This failed. Every year of his life, he would end up pissing off the whole family of one mafia member because of his spoiled and conceited attitude. Sooner or later, he became quiet and cowardly and ran to what ever family would take him.
