i was wondering this since my last battle so here it is,HOW DOES A GLACEON OUTSPEED AN EV TRAINED NINJASK?!?!?! pm me please and tell me, cuz i am just so mad over my last battle...

Ninjask has the highest base speed stat of all pokemon, second if you include Deoxys speed form.
So no, there's no way it could've outran, if so then that Glaceon was hacked.

Ninjask, with a perfect setup is 460

That's also a factor...
I'd need a few more details regarding what had happened, to cause Glaceon to outspeed the fastest pokemon in the game...
Was trick room in effect?
did the Glaceon use Ice Shard? (Ice type priority attack)

ok here it is.
i was battling this dude named S@TISfi&d
we were battling. the battle began. i send out ninjask out first on my side and he sent out glaceon. This was the beginning battle, and all of a sudden glaceon just goes first (it did not hold quick claw) and uses ice beam. and by the time i sent out torchic, it hit me with ice beam. then i struck it with fireblast, i noticed that it only did a small porton of health. i mean come on!!! torchic is EV trained in sp. attk and was holding an iten that boosts its power with fireblast 120 equals 180 times two making torchics sp. attack sorta like in the 150's. adding up fireblast power equals 360. OH WOW!!! now i see why he was cheating. and wow do i sound like a big nerd...oh yea and i forgot to mention that its a fire type and adds it to 180. so its power was boosted by 60. if he cheated with max HP it would take down massive damage. but since he hacked his glaceons stats, it only did a small portion. my head hurts now...@_@
and now im scared of torchic.

Well.. Glaceon does tend to have pretty good defenses. A fire Blast from a Torchic, he should be able to handle.. a Blaziken, if it's lucky.
But outspeeding a Ninjask is pretty difficult. Is your Ninjask trained for speed, or is it's nature hindering the speed stat?

Is your Ninjask trained for speed, or is it's nature hindering the speed stat? no my torchic can torch any ice type. i had a rematch then thats when he forgot to maximize his HP. yes torchic can KO it in one blow. but then he started cheating again unfortanatley... i even tested my EV trained glaceon against torchic (PBR) and i dont know why this is important but my pokemon are very very VERY old.

Even without being EV trained for speed Tentae, a Ninjask should've NOT been beaten by a Glaceon, trained in speed or not.
