Apparently, a British cab driver who had suffered a depression over family issues and work problems took his two legal hunting guns and went on a shooting rampage. He killed 12 people and wounded 11 over a 3 hour spree, ending with the cab driver committing suicide.
Of course, the anti-gun factions in England are screaming for reviews of the laws that allow people to own shotguns and .22 rifles for hunting. Thankfully, some calmer voices are standing up and saying enough.
