 Oh what a chore it was being a God. So much responsibility. So much work to be done. Ares was the kind of the demons. Born into the mortal body that people saw. He had been told that all his life and nothing would change his mind. Nothing at all. He had already raised a army. He has his minions, now it was just to set his plan in motion. To rule the world. It was just about timing, about slowly chipping away at society.
He wondered through the forest, out on his usual scout. Looking for things to torture and homes to destroy. Fruit was one of his favourite meals, I am afraid though I do not mean berries off of bushes. He smirked. He had a good feeling about today.

As she padded further along the terrain, something gleamed golden, making her squint. Sunlight? She had thought, then shook her head. "Nah, it couldn't be." She tried to get closer, jumping behind a nearby tree and peered around at the oddity. There was a male sitara, unlike any she had seen before. Horns, curly something she would imagine a demonic to bear, not a purebreed. His collar held a voodoo symbol, one of a skull and something was attached to his back and jingled around his paws. She had to stare in awe, he was handsome. It didn't take another look to know that much.
Shaking herself off, she licked all of the stray fur into place and then gracefully walked out in to the sunlight, her marking glittering and dancing in the sandy rays. She batted one look at him, obvious for him to see and blinked slowly before turning her head away and swaying her tail once.
Males always liked it when you looked the least interested in them, right?

Ares looked over with lizard like eyes, gleaming in the sun light. He smelled something sweet. It hit his nostrils like garbage. He turned his head slowly. A female sitara near by. Was she foolish? to come out so obviously. She had ruined the whole concept as a hunt, one so foolish was obviously a offer from the lords of the dead. Slowly a sinister smirk came on his snout, one that could easily be mistaken as a pleasant one. Oh, how he was going to have his fun.
He wondered over to the female. Checking her out in a way, she was a pretty one indeed. The perfect host. Such a pure creature, one he would surely break easily. He came close to her, sitting down, a purring noise could be heard coming from his throat. A small bow of the head in greeting.

She let her eyes glide smoothly over him with a judgmental gleam leaking from them. Then she turned till her body was fully facing him and gave an accepting bow in return of his own greeting. With a cheeky smile in offer her tail gently swayed till it curled around her and she purred too, dipping her head. "I'm Ochiyo." She introduced, blowing the bangs from her face as they brushed back and forth with the breeze. "Yourself?"

[Oh my, manors manors. Now was she not a diamond in the rocks. She was polite and had a pretty face to back it up. It was funny for Ares to think of all the people who must be lining up to claim this one. His tail gave a small twitch as she talked. He however was far from in the mood for talking. He came closer to the female, close into her comfort zone.
"Run" He hissed at the female, his word was clear and threatening, a wide smirk came onto his lips. In the name of fun he would give her a head start, he just hoped she would take advantage and play his game, it was always so much fun if the tried to get away, if they put up a struggle. He was looking forward to it. Especially the bit when he caught her.
Today was going to be a good one.

Ochiyo suddenly felt cold shivers sprint down along her neck and across her back. She became cold and froze at the slithering voice. He had her fooled from the start. She would have never guess however that this was how the day would have ended up twitching into disaster. She gasped, her eyes creeping slowly till they reflected in his own lizard like appearing orbs. Without a second thought she darted off to the bushes, her tail in waves with her agile movements. She kept stumbling, and getting caught on branches, but the way she felt a moment ago was something she never wanted to feel again.
She knew when something wasn't right and that feeling had just come more instantly than her instincts had foreseen before.
'He likes games. I'm playing his game... What is he and what have I gotten myself into? I know his strange, handsome appearance was too good to be true! Especially when he sat down so charmingly and polite.' She thought, with sweat dripping down her side from her effort. She leaped onto a log and off of it, trying to make flight.

Ares laughed shaking his head, taking his good sweet time stretching and cracking his bones, preparing to run. With a sway of his tail he pounced into the bushes, his paws pounding against the floor. Following the train of destruction she was leaving in the grass. His eyes scanning for signs of her. She had gave herself quite a lead. He was though confident that he would slowly eat that down, he did not care if he had to chase her for days, she would be his in the end.
"Thats right little kitty cat. Your just making me look forward to your capture more. Oh, you are going to be a fun one, well for me. You should be proud, not just anyone has the chance to bare the children of a demon lord." He smirks and hissed trying to intimidate her.

Proud? Who would be proud to be captured and claimed by a mad man? Did he just say to bear his children!? That was never going to happen, the nerve of this guy! She frowned as she spread her wings in the air and glanced back over her shoulder at the demon. He was no pure, she wouldn't allow even the word to come across such a thing. She huffed and kept beating her wings until she found a spot far away from him and landed on a boulder by the beach. Her wings tired as well as her panting harsh.
She felt the heavy weight now dawning on her and her back and paws. She wasn't going any where until she had rested up a bit and gotten something to eat. He was all the way back there... It would take him a while to get to her, wouldn't it?
Suddenly she wasn't so sure, paranoid. He had won psychologically, managed to intimidate her. She was on edge. She scrambled for a tree trunk and started scratching at the bark hysterically. "Come on! I need a hole! Somewhere to hide." She grit her teeth and worked at a den. It could have easily as well as been her entrapped doom to come.

Alistair watched as a female came from the sky, he blinked slowly wondering over to her, she seemed very jumpy. She even seemed to be talking to herself so if anything he did not want to distress her any more than she appeared to be. He wondered over. "Is there anything I can help you with Miss?" He asked after a while, shining silver armour reflecting sun light. He was quite concerned and also confused. He was just thinking - what would Duncan do in this situation.
Across the island, Ares was still tracking. Getting closer with every passing second.

Ochiyo's ears stood up at the manly voice. She turned her head, the new face looked friendlier than the last and she sighed, calming slightly. He looked strong and bold. Perhaps he could actually help her situation. She gulped. "There is this male, who is after me. With horns like a demon and voodoo charms." Her eyes shook, she knew she was in danger and was worried he could jump her at any minute. "H-he had a weird look to his eyes, determination. I know he isn't going to stop! He will find me." Panic threw her again and she turned back to the bark, barely anything being torn into it. Her ears fell back and her tail hung low.
Tick tok... What was she to do?

He listened to the words she spoke, nodding and keeping eye contact trying to comfort her in some way, a demon? like the ones Duncan told him about? he had never seen one just heard stories. All he did know was this female was scared, what ever she was running from must be a threat."I see, thats horrible, it is okay. I will not let him get to you. I think we should keep moving though, get you to a safer place. I have a friend, well more like a mentor. I am sure he will know what to do. Follow me." He would usually make a joke, however he did not see it right. Not with her feeling the way she did. He knew she would be safer with Duncan than she would be with him. Her safety was the first thing on his mind. He was a warden, its what they did.

She furrowed her brows, unsure of his comforting but it made her feel better and it succeeded in making her feel a little bit safer and at peace. It was better than being on her own at any rate. She quickly followed, not hesitating a wince. She glanced around, discretely checking the scenery and flickering her ears for any rustles that might of been about. "Mentor?" She asked quietly, behind him in a lowered walking stance. "What do they do?"

"He took me in when I was young, he is like a father to me but more than anything he is a teacher. He is very wise and kind. I know he will know how to handle a situation like this, do not worry. I will protect you." He turned and smiled at her. Looking ahead. Duncan was not too far away. Alistair always made a point of being as close to him as possible. He was also a little on edge. His ears perked, ready to react to every sound that could be heard. He had never had a responsibility like this and he was not going to let her down. Especially because she seemed to trust the fact he would keep her safe. He was not going to fail Duncan on such a important matter. He wanted to make him proud. "My name is Alistair. It is nice to meet you. Just wish it would be under better times."

Ochiyo was easing every step of the way, it grew quieter and she regarded it as safety foolishly enough. She found nothing eerie about silence even though it was at the most dangerous peak. "My names Ochiyo. It's nice to meet you too." She cracked a gentle, sweet smile as she picked up the pace to walk by his side. "He sounds really nice. I guess he means a lot to you." She looked at him, making general conversation. "I wish so too, normally I wouldn't be looking so vulnerable." She sweat dropped. chuckling nervously.

"He does, I would not be here if it was not for him. He is bringing someone else to our den. A women who he saved not too long ago who wishes to join our ranks. So we are both meeting strangers today" He added, talking seemed to be doing something for her. He wondered what this new Warden was going to be like. It had been so long since a new comer had come to join their ranks. He was excited, however a bit put off, a girl? he had never heard of that before in the order. He turned to her, slowing down so he could walk by her side."Do not worry, I do not think any less of you, in fact I would feel the same way. Then again if a male tried that one with me I would feel worse than you do..." A bad joke could not be helped.
In the bushes, a slight rumbling could then be heard.
