He rolled his neck, pops and grinding sounds could be heard from his bones as he then snorted and stretched out his wings, giving them a flap once or twice before folding them against his sides neatly, his pale blue, almost white eyes stared out of his skull in a bored fashion.
Where the hell was she? He thought with an animalistic growl.
Fangs baring at the thought of another stallion touching what he had claimed as his, sent him into a murderous fury. Heaven or hell help her if he catches her with another..those pretty little wings, would become useless he thought with a snap of his fangs.
A screetch echoed out into the night as a bat flew towards him, Discord, his companion hovered beside his head for a moment, she nuzzled and ran her fangs against his cheek in greeting before looking around for the mare herself, she screetched in disappointment before taking to the air.
The hunt..was on.
Disillusion moved forward, tasting her scent on the air still..it was fresh, warm, and it tingled against his senses.

Kiwi was actually with her family for once... well her father at least. She was at the Angeni's camp (Requiem) and just keeping her father company. Her mother had kind of left both of them, and it was rather unexpected. She mostly lived her life naive that her family would always be there, so she didnt really spend a lot of time with them.
Her father didnt really have a break down or anything, but he was lonely a bit. He had gotten colder as well, and that rather unnerved her. The family split shook her enough for her to really forget Dis for a moment... and the times she did start to think about him, she started to get nervous herself... that what if she was nothing but a toy... and using her. But that was silly.. of course he was using her. She was just a child anyway... just a silly stupid child.

Discord flew ahead of him, screeching back at him as she kept a look out for any signs of the mare, her master seemed so interested in, for the life of the little bat, she didnt understand why.
Then again..she didnt like to share.
He continued on her scent, his nostrils flaring with each passing wiff of her, the muscles under his coat bunched together with each movement as his tail flicked out behind him.
His head snapped up with a growl and a snap of his jaws, Angeni. He shook his head, wings flaring as if the mere smell of the other creature burned him, his eyes flared with disgust as he could smell her within the lands.
Kiwi was HIS.
He lifted a hoof, and pressed it against the other side of the scent, testing to see what sort of reaction would come from his crossing the threshold..when nothing happened, he lunged forward with a snarl.
"Little biiiird." He growled out.

Her head snapped up quickly, swearing that she could hear Dis, her ears pinned a moment later, her heart skipping a beat at the tone she thought she heard as well. Swallowing hard, she got up quickly and went to check on her father who seemed to be doing just fine on his own for the moment.
Just as quickly she was in the air flying as fast as her wings could carry her, tho it would be a short distance, it would be faster than running. When she saw him, she kept in the air, a little apprehensive as she kept quiet, biting into her lower lip a bit before responding. 'You were looking for me?'

His eyes snapped to her instantly as she hovered in the air, he growled at her for a long moment, his eyes narrowing in on her like prey in the sight of a hunter.
"Which, I shouldnt be." He almost snapped at her, though somewhere within him, he was happy to find her unharmed, and only scenting of..another male, he growled once more, his eyes seemed to only lighten as anger swirled within him.
"Who is he?" he asked, his voice a low growl.
Discord landed on Disillusion's shoulder, scooting closer to nuzzle against the thickness of his neck, eyeing the mare with a glare.

Blinking a bit, taken back by his anger, tho she wasnt sure she expected anything less. It seemed his question of a 'he' threw her off-guard. There was no 'he'...
She was gathering up the nerve to land close to him, tho she knew he could easily take off after her in flight if he so chose, so she just took a deep breath and landed a bit away, not too far, not too close.
'He?' she asked honestly.

He sniffed at the air, like a predator would when scenting their prey, he looked at her, icy anger flaring in his eyes.
"I don't know who he is..but I can smell him on you." His ears pulled back as he let out a low hiss, "Though, at least its not the scent of the angeni..I would kill you for such a disgraceful transgression."
It would hurt him, but he'd do it none the less. He'd kill her, if he had to.

It took her a moment to put together what he was saying. She made a face a bit before she snorted and started to laugh at him. 'Oh! Thats my father you probably smell... and the Angeni is just the leader of our herd,' she nodded.
Her ears docked a bit after that and she shrugged, looking away. 'Mom left father I guess... hes not been in the best of shape so Ive been trying to spend more time with him,' she spoke again, trying hard to not let her own feelings come through on the matter. 'I wasnt aware I needed to ask you for permission to see my family,' she said without thinking of how it would come across.

As she started to laugh a bit, his temper, no his pride started to swell within him, his eyes narrowed in on her, he was on the edge of lashing out, even Discord flew away from him now, she screeched as she took to the air.
"Weak, and pathetic." He snapped, his fangs bared at her fully now, as her final comment struck him, his tail lashed out behind him. "No, you dont. Not anymore, Im finished with this game.." He said coldly, as he drew up closer to her though, fangs bared even more as his upper lip pulled back. "If I see you again..I will kill you, no. No, I wont..I'll injure you, then catch your father, and make you watch him die first..I'll keep his corpse right next to you. Then, you can spend all the time you want with his athletic hide."
Disillusion was angry, he didnt have to tolerate anything like this, he could find someone to replace her, easy as that.

The mare was utterly and inexplicably caught off guard. Had she not already landed, she would have flat out fallen from the sky. With his words and his temper, she felt sick, cold and pale, if such a thing were possible. She didnt utter a word, nor make a sound. Her ears only pinned back a bit as she stood against him, strong... for the moment.
Had one asked how she felt or what she was thinking, she could had hardly given an answer. A few bare thoughts surfaced tho they were just as quickly replaced by the sheer, sick feeling of it all. That indeed this was a game to the stallion, that she, much like her father must have been to her mother, just like she was to her mother, were nothing but a pawn. But again, all those thoughts were fleeting as her entire body tensed, her eyes never leaving his.

His ears flickered as he uncurled a wing, and pulled it forward, using the barbed end to brush it down her cheek as he stared at her, his eyes danced with fury.
"A shame really..such a pity." He said faintly, his eyes never leaving hers for a moment.
"You started out with such potential..and now.." His wing dropped away as he stepped back, turning from her. "Fare well little bird, pray you never cross my path again." He said as he started the way he had come.
He had loved once, fully and completely loved that crazed unicorn, but in the end, it all came out to betrayal and he'd not be open for that again, but still..something within his eyes, within him ached for leaving her.

She still stood, tense, unwavering and silent. It was almost as if she were not even breathing. His small touch was still more than she had felt in a long while, and the warmest thing she could recall, but again, those thoughts were fleeting.
It was finally when he turned his back to leave that her muscles, so tense caused her to start to shake. Her nostrils flared so slightly as she watched him leave. So young, and he had taken her from her family as such, under his dark wings. She knew so little about the world, but what she did know is that one moment she turned around and her family was torn apart and the next, he was ripping away from her as well. She knew nothing of betrayal, of anything really that the elder stallion knew. All she knew was complete rejection of others before him, and her father in those moments he would allow any to be close.
What she did know was that she hurt... and she wanted to hurt more. But not... not this emotional kind. Something different. Finally, she turned as well, staring at the forest she came from, feeling like she was walking or moving, tho her legs were firmly still planted in place. Everything a mix between hopelessness and anger.

He paused for a moment, waiting to feel her familiar form slide against his side, to want him to stay, to not leave her as he'd threatened to do so before, but when only the cool breeze touch him, he snarled.
Fine, let her go to her poor excuse of a father, and watch when no one else wanted her, not like he did. Then she'd know how good she had it..
He'd hope to hear her cry out, to embrace in the joy that his words hurt her even more than his touch would, and could, he wanted to hurt her, to make her feel like he did..
He'd replace her, the land seemed to be full of moronic mares who thought they could handle a bad guy..she'd never been that stupid, and it would cost another their life most likely, but that was her fault.
He'd kill them, for not being her...
Discord screeched at her, flapping her leathery wings as she hovered.

It was the screeching that almost snapped her out of her seemingly frozen state. Her eyes focused a bit more on the forest in front of her and her heart sank. Maybe it was because he had taken her when she was so young, still new to the world, still so fragile...
After a couple more quiet moments, her form could be felt against his side. Her ears docked and head lowered. Her voice wavered a bit that she would cry, and her eyes closed.
'I hate you,' she spoke softly. Her cheeks felt the warm stain of her tears as their steps led them further away from her father. The father she knew she would more than likely never see again. The father she was abandoning, just like her mother had.

At the feel of her against his side, he looked down at her, the tears, her bitter words only seemed to drill into his skull, that she belonged to him, that his little bird, would never fly far.
Fear, and the unknown kept her to him, and for the moment it was enough. It had to be, because thats all she'd get out of him for the time being.
"I know." Was all he could say, his wing drapped over her side. He didnt understand her connection with her father, her mother, his own father had breed with different females, only keeping the foals he felt would be useful, and killing the others and their mothers..All cept one, his sister. And that was only because, Disillusion had killed him first.
He looked back to her, and felt the urge to tell her something comforting, or ease her emotional pain as he thought of a way to punish her, without breaking her psychically. "I'll let you see him..in my company." He said finally, it wasnt that he feared her father would keep her from him, no, it was that damn angeni in the herd that made him feel sick.
