Hiraka-Tatsuma-
I mean, sure Hiraka has no members in his Division, but he could still RP in the Main Arcs and stuff. I know he's been with us forever and lead the guild that several of us were in, but that's hardly a reason to hold back someone like Naomi from being a Captain if they deserve it. It's definitely a tough decision for me, because he's one of the few people I enjoy talking to on an intellectual level, even if such a thing rarely comes around. -sad panda- Not to mention he's been an invaluable part of the guild for quite some time. Though of course, I'm not saying to ban him at all. Just a demotion. The up side to this change is that he has yet to RP with his new Captain character and therefore we won't have any loose end with his demotion and another's promotion.

Liver has been grounded, I can vouch for that, though her lack of posting at times she has been online is worrisome. I have her phone number, so I'll get in touch with her while I'm out today and see what she has to say. Just know that I'm considering replacing her...

He told me once before that I should do what is necessary. Now, if that means demoting him and making a new Captain Commander, then so be it. I sent him a PM this morning, but I got no response even though I know he saw it.

So Hiraka was demoted, but not banned, Tomomi is basically being replaced by Yuki, and Liver is still... I dunno.
