Nickname: Dylan doesn’t take to kindly to being called anything outside of his given name. :<

Age: ???
Eye Color: Dark green.
Eye Shape: Kind of small and thin.
Glasses or contacts?: Neither.
Hair color: Orange.
Hair length and style:Aside from his bangs being trimmed so they just stay out of reach of his eyes, Dylan can’t claim he has a style, unless perpetual bed-head now counts as a style.
Face shape: Oval.
Skin tone: Average white.
Distinguishing features: No strange tattoos or scars, the most noticeable of his appearance would probably just be his messy bright hair.
Health Condition: Nothing that majorly gets in the way of day to day life, whenever Dylan gets sick he’s likely to be the last person to admit it, which more often and not leads to him feeling unwell for long stretches of time without doing anything about it.
Overall Constitution: He could probably stand to exercise a bit more I guess.
Home District: Ryokugen.
Current Residence: Apartment building along the border with the Kurohyou district.
Soulborn or not?: No.
Occupation: Academy Trainee, currently working as a part time deliver boy/messenger to help fund himself, however a good deal of that is going towards paying for the bike he used for his part time job to begin with.
Talents/Skills: At the moment he’s sure he can play guitar, though doesn’t have one of his own in Shomonkai, trying to gather up the money to buy one is currently his primary concern. Dylan considers himself sit and good enough at most physical activities, even though he has no expertise at any particular sport.
Relationship skills: It mainly depends on how much the other party is willing to put up with him first, beyond often rocky first meetings Dylan be nice, if distance.
Habits: Terribly procrastination is the main bad habit of his, he’s well aware of it, though doesn’t do much about it. Tends to put music on regardless of what he’s doing. Generally doesn’t bother much with his appearance much, as his messy hair would indicate.
Hobbies: Usually lounging around and doesn’t do much productive when left to his own devices, though he’s argue that listening to music or watching Television count as something productive (However he doesn't get a lot of either of those two fronts in Shomonkai). He can play guitar, he intends to take that back up once he can afford one again.
Virtues: Truthful and honest though that’s more often a case of him speaking without thinking. Loyal to those he feels close enough to and dedicated when he mustered enough enthusiasm.
Flaws: Pessimistic, Irritable and grumpy around people he’s not familiar with. Awfully lazy and finds it extremely difficult to get into a proper work routine due to his habit of procrastination.
Overall Personality: Dylan would easily come across as a jerk at first. Though that’s mainly since he has something of a short fuse and easily gets ticked off at people, so he’s often in a moody disposition when meeting new people. Not to say he can’t be friends with anyone, he can be perfectly nice when he wants to be. Though it takes him some time and effort to really avoid getting frustrated at even little things, once he does he can relax and be quite laid back around people, which he tends to only be when in private.
Personality key question: How would your character spend a rainy day?: Probably mope around the house and think the bad weather is somehow a attack at him and him alone. Or maybe just end up going out anyway and ignoring it as best he can.
How do they dress?: Dylan often wears his favourite slim fit trousers, despite both knees being quite torn up. A lot of his tops consist of long sleeved v-neck shirts that he wears other matching shorter sleeved shirts layered over them. He usually wears several necklaces at once with various pendants he swaps around regularly.
Favorite Sayings: Not so much sayings but Dylan often mutters to himself single sounds like 'Geez' or 'Urgh' when annoyed.
Vernacular: Very informally is his normal method of speaking regardless of the situation.
Overall Style: Hardly impressive, Dylan is usually scruffy looking at the best of times.

Abilities: Dylan tends to be a great deal better at defending himself rather than fighting, since, despite his short temper, he doesn’t like having to hurt or fight people. He’s better suited to support positions, helping detect enemies or being a medic where he can.
Signature Technique: A variation of Reiki (Mizuki) that works through water, though is heavily dependent on it, the larger the body of water the easier it is to sense things close to it, so small puddles and rain drops can’t be used to examine huge area. But when small collections of water are near enough to each other they can be used in conjunction, so, much to Dylans annoyance, this ability tends to be a great deal more effective when it rains.

Reigen name: Mizutama (Water Sphere)
Container: A small blue glass bead Dylan keeps on whatever necklace he happens to be wearing.
Reigen false-form: The bead becomes the centre of a shimmering sphere of water, about the size of a football which floats in close proximity to Dylan, never straying too far from him.
Release: Crash and envelop, Mizutama.
Reigen false-form ability: Given the malleable water it is capable of morphing form into different shapes, such as spikes to pierce or a wide shield. However the further the water is stretched from its original form the weaker its overall strength becomes due to its mass being distributed more thinly. Even though when it forms spikes and blades to hurt, the water can be used to heal wounds that are submerged inside of it. It makes for a reigen that better suited for defence and support.
Reigen true name: Mizutama fukai nono aoi shinju (Water Sphere, Blue Pearl of the Deep)
Reigen true-form: The sphere of water becomes much larger that its first form, nearly capable of containing a whole person. It’s physical weakness’ from its’ original state also still apply.
Release: Take in and grow, drag into blue, everything unto the sea, Mizutama fukai nono aoi shinju.
Reigen true-form ability: While it still unable to stretch out without becoming inherently weaker it does gain a ability to compensate for this. This being able to take in water from the surroundings, though it can’t take water say, for example, out of human bodies or plants, its primary source of extra water comes from air so it can further expand into more complex forms. This makes its healing abilities much more effective as well.
