There are several people in the WWE who need to be let go. I'll tell you why.
Kane- I'm putting the major one first. the guy's a ******** joke. He's the definition of the word has-been. Regardless of the bad-a** mo'fo he used to be, he's nothing more than a fat guy with a satanic glare. All he does is beat up smaller people in squash matches, and it's just not convincing anymore.
Finlay- Seriously, what are they doing with this guy? He's only relevant enough to be a jobber, and he's too experienced of a wrestler to settle for that. They should take him off of TV, and keep him on as a trainer. Unless I'm mistaken, he trained Trish Stratus, right?
Matt Hardy: He's the most irrelevant person they have right now, save for possibly Chavo. Like Finlay, they'd get a lot more use out of him as a trainer than as an on-air personality.
Shad Gaspard: Come on, you know it's going to happen. His tag team's been split up, and he was the weaker member of the team. He'll be sent packing within a year, so they might as well do it soon.
The Bella Twins: They just annoy the ever-loving ******** out of me.
Jillian: Do I need to explain this one?
Santino Marella: Can't wrestle worth a s**t. Was funny for a while, but the joke's pretty much dead.

Huh. You learn something new every day.
Comparing that to what he is now is a lot like comparing Simon Dean to Nova. eek

I'll agree with three of them..
Shad Gaspard, The Bella Twins, and Jillian.
However the others are amazing wrestlers, and deserve what time they get on TV.
Kane, if you get rid of Kane then there goes One Half of the most dominate team Ever.. EVER.
Finlay, replace Shamus with Finaly, I hate Shamus. His voice his looks, and his skill are rather laughable.
Matt Hardy, by far the better of the Hardy Boys. Give him back his Will Not Die gimmick and he's golden.
Santino Marella, awesome in the ring, if he was serious, but he's a comedic relief, and he good at it. In an overall sense Satino is probably the most promising out of those you listed.

I wouldn't say Hardy was irrelevant, the fans still cheer for him but his feud with Drew is a slow burner by the looks of it. If he does eventually get revenge on Drew, consider it a push.

Yes, Kane was half of one of the most dominant tag teams of all time. WAS. They shouldn't keep a dead-end wrestler on board just out of a sense of novelty. If he gets back in shape and finds an interesting storyline to keep him interesting, I'll take back what I said.
Put simply, as talented as he is, Hardy has a future of jobbing ahead of him. If he ever recieves another title, it'll be nothing more than a brief gesture of appreciation from management, like his ECW title was.
I'm not fond of Sheamus, but he'd make for a good mid-card bruiser. And as I said, I'd seriously like Finlay to let go of the ring and start training people again. I think that's the position where he'd have the most to offer the company.
As far as Santino, I was wrong.

Kane needs to get back in shape and the creative team, which I hate, needs to find their brains and actually use him properly. He aint worth a ******** with how they use him

The Maverick Jet Kane needs to get back in shape and the creative team, which I hate, needs to find their brains and actually use him properly. He aint worth a ******** with how they use him Send him to Raw and keep him there, he never gets any storylines on Smackdown I've noticed over the years. I guess Smackdowns Creative don't know what to do with him since Undertaker probably gets the angles that'd go to Kane otherwise.

Yeah but with Undertaker being out of action 9 months a year, I guess Kane should be useable for what Taker would naturally be selected to do then.
