Clothes-tradional shinigami attire but no sleeves, the bottom is cut to fom a v going down in the back and front showing baggy pants which tighten as ankles.

Shikai-
Fight~This causes her sword to drop down completely but then it comes back as a dust looking like blade which causes damage by hitting the enemy quickly and precisely.
Detect~ Her sword~once again~becomes dust but this time it seperates itself and and scatters around a given area. It then attaches itself to her enemy and she is able to follow them wherever without them detecting.
Shield~Now the sword comes up as a shield to protect against incoming attacks but can weaken when dispersed over a large area.
Personality- 3c is person who always ends up in the wrong place some how some way and has to battle herself out even though she doesnt care for picking fights. She enjoys resting in natural places and taking time to off to sort thing off herself than having everyone else help her.
Weakness- She is afraid of being thunder. 3C cannot stand increasingly irritating loud noises.
Biography- All 3C was able to remember after she died was how she died and her name. At times she thinks she can see some of her family but cant. She was haviing trouble finding peace and was every where where there happened to be an accident or death of some one else.
After a while she became friends with a shinigami and the shinigami helped her to become one. They soon became bestfriends. As soon as she had worked her way up to where she became a vice, she found that her friend had been killed in the previous battle against ninjas. Feeling empty after her best friend died swore to avenge him.
