So guys... We've been a squad for a little while now and I know that things are going slow. SO! I believe its time we try to figure out things out on how to spice things up around here. Whether it be for me to mock up missions for you lot to enjoy, or something else. I'm all ears.

Hmm. We need a stickied "Absence Thread". (I'll write it up Eme, if you wanna be lazy, and you could just post it.)
And, regarding that mission thing, I can take responsibility for that if you wouldn't mind Eme..? I've already got something mediocre planned, but I can work with making official events and whatnot too (I've been through quite a few event things and I watched how Ky made'em work out good; I believe I can mimic his actions to some extent to form success). Once I'm back from vacation in a few days (,half a week at most,) I'll get a Pm to you about this request in a slightly more formal fashion.
Till then, members of the squad should feel free to PM me if they wanna do anything [PRP] wise.. Character developement, Adventures, Etc. Just to get anyone who feels bored out of there slump, kay..?
Annnnd... One last thing. I plan to, eventually, get some basic-mid level kido training for my RPC. If you guys wanna wait, and not pile into a line at the 5th division (you people wouldn't do that though.. None of you barely ever leave the squad.. xD), I could get to the "Kido Trainer' status in a jiff and get on with that kind of help if you guys would like. I trust it'd take a hell of'a load off of Mirouni and Genji if one of them taught the minimum techniques to me and then I passed it all onto you guys.. Yet again, only if you guys want those types of skill in your arsenal. If not that, then I'll try and include "Skill" training in my PM to Eme later on in the coming week. (This skill training, I'm expecting, would include abbilities and whatnot you lot could earn that fit with the squad's style. Some "Ninja Moves" you could say..? Just an idea at the moment, but I can devote my massive ammounts of unused time to organizing that too.)
Summary [?] - Eme, I gotta talk to you about maybe 75% of this. In a few days you'll get a message from me!

Missions sound nice. It'd be a better way of killing time rather than looking for a fight with other shinigami. What would missions for the Recon squad be like though? I would also like to learn some skills from my Cap'n and Vice Cap'n. I don't want my RPC to use kido but skill and kido training would also be nice. Like a Sunday morning brunch followed by heavy amounts of reiatsu in the air; the Sunday motto could be: Leave us with no reishi... Or something like that...

Shunpo training for those who qualify might be nice, too.

Now, I'm not in squad two, and if this post and opinion is unwelcome feel free to delete and curse as you kick my arse out the door. I was considering this as one of the ones I wanted to join at first though.
well anyway. I noticed how in the anime and manga, every member of Squad Two has Shunpo. Now I know the rule with Shunpo for the guild and whatnot, but I figure as how squad five gets more Kido, 7, i think, gets all the extra hand to hand stuff. You guys should get something Shunpo-ish, idk, not on the same level as Shunpo, but same Idea. Feel free to yell at me if you wish lol, but I always wondered why those squads got extra perks and the others really didn't.

This idea was actually implemented guild wide a long ways back. However, this didn't bode well in the long run as some members took advantage of that by squad hopping. Now as far as techniques go, its purely up to the captain to do so.
As far as shunpo goes, I tend to follow the rules already dictated. I do however, permit it to those that I can assure myself won't abuse the ability.
As far as squad specific techs go. I have and will give opportunities to learn them, but they go on a first come first serve basis (The best example, being my vice and my squad member Oath, missing out on learning the rengeki tech. Likely they'll gain a chance to learn it though). They aren't required to learn it either, its solely up to them. Due to my character being built how she (which you'll come to understand if you frequent the squad more) was made to be a purist hand-to-hand, which would conclude to her teaching hand-to-hand, speed, or reiatsu projectile techniques.
Most squads for the sake of role-play and fairness are going to be incapable of teaching particular skills that would relate to the squad, simply because it would be too difficult to play fairly. Your best shot would just to learn techs from a particular person and going at it from there.
