Maybe whoever has a pokemon can host like a pokemon contest. An artist gives them a colorless sketch/drawing of a pokemon and the contestants have to make the most interesting/realistic/cute/ect. pokemon out of that sketch.

That sounds like a lot of fun 3nodding
We could also have "Pokemon tournaments" where Pokémons have their attacks and stuff, and then you roll a dice with your "attack post" to see if it succeeds or not.

hmm, how about our own Battle Frontier?
Like all competitive members will audition and the top battlers will be considered as the frontier brains.
OR,
have a Mafia-like game., and if the killer is recognized,, the remaining survivors will have a pokemon

To generate some money to the guild, I can totally do a shop of some sort that sells Pokémon gadgets and stuffs. And we could have auctions of some kinds as well.
