Rush Valley Rush Valley is a city in southern Amestris, just north of Dublith. Due to its rapid growth in recent years as the center of Automail production, it is commonly known as "The Boomtown of the Broken-Down". The multitude of automail engineers in Rush Valley cheerfully celebrate their craft and walk the streets in droves, holding automail-related competitions and pushing their wares on unsuspecting passersby. As a result, it becomes a bit of a hassle to walk through the city with automail, as the vendors will go to great lengths to either sell upgrades or closely scrutinize whatever appendages happen to be prosthetic. Rush Valley is the place where Edward and Alphonse Elric first meet Paninya as well as where they first encounter Ling Yao, Lan Fan and Fu. Winry Rockbell also moves to Rush Valley from Resembool to begin working at Atelier Garfiel.

Seeing the sad Kimi, Hibiki gave a pat on her back, while smiling at her, trying to cheer her up. In the distance he saw a few training dummies. Bringing back memories of the State Exam, it made him excited, there was something to do in this city after all. He quickly pointed at the dummies, all excited hoping the other knew what he meant.
