As captain of the guild I have come up with an Idea to further help the activity of the guild through more role play areas to help things.
My first order of business would be to help the Espada.
I believe it is important to give the race of Arrancar their own subforum for role plays, as well as giving each espada crew ranking. They must still post in here for their role plays to be approved, but this will help increase the activity because this will give the espada their own way of being the main characters for victory and entertainment, such as fighting the seireitei in their own world, or a new race.
Now like our own role plays I say there should be no fighting the seireitei, or us fighting the espada in their own world. Now in times there will be role plays that involve the race of Arrancar, and the shinigami with vizards.
Now I also have an idea for lower subforum areas that are under the complete control of the lieutenants, to give them the ability to run their own role plays, but it must be voted in on in their own voting area. The lieutenants how ever are the only ones able to vote in the area if this gets passed, but all members can view it. Now other people can vote in their as well, but it will be passed on up to us if it was not brought up by a lieutenant. Then we will vote upon it and then locate it to what ever section we wish to have to in.
Finally I believe there should be a limit to role plays in the individual subforums for all of Srots role plays.
Such as in the elite role play area, I believe the max should be four, that way we don't get such a large amount of role plays, and people joining all of them, getting lost in each one.
The same should go for the Arrancar's role play area, and the lieutenant role play area.
The final rule about the lieutenant area would be that captains are not allowed to really fight in that area at all, we will only make limited posts, such as ordering them to the location they must go, and or giving them leadership orders to give them the ability to bring whomever they wish.
This is my plan to bring up activity, what do you all say, I want full answers to all of it.

These are great ideas redeye where you come up with them i have no idea but im glad you do. I really like the limit on the roleplays because i get very lost during my absences. Also i would like to say sorry about my inactivity. I will be able to post regularly after this thursday. I vote yes to all changes.

It is ok, I understand issues with activity, which is why I am not to harsh on some areas of not being active, to a point.

This is a very good idea, when I was an Espada, even when I tryed to be the good guy, it just wouldn't work since I was kinda expected to just mess up everyone's day...

Yes, yes, and a thousand times YES. I like this idea but I'd like it to go further, no one likes being ordered around that much. I think this should be more like, okay, there are Captains, they can make appearances interact a little, but there has to be a limit. I mean two Captains can talk or even to a group of lesser ranks, but anything that's really plot related, it's the lesser people's jobs to become leaders and have fun on their own. I feel as a Captain, yes, we do ruin some of their fun.

I have to agree with Dakota on this whole thing. We need to work on the Arrancar, which is why Megia put that Rp in the Hall to be voted on. Sometimes it can't be helped but to fight in our home worlds.

Ok, this is officially passed by my time limit.
It also seems that everyone has a full a ok on everything, so we will have to spend a little time rearranging things in the guild.
I also believe that later on, if the espada and arrancar get more active, we should make edits to their people, make them a little more like the shinigami set up.
Now by this I don't mean take their race away, no I mean quite the opposite really.
I mean maybe later on get them more of a espada/arrancar team abilities. Like what the squads have.
If they become as active as we do, I also believe they should have an Arrancar (Lieutenant rank) and down role play area with set forums as well.
So the new set up for role plays will be this....

Turn this into
~ Soul Reapers of The Seireitei - Espada/Arrancar Role Playing ~
~ Soul Reapers Of The Seireitei High School (with rp)~ (I don't even think we use this anymore, so we will have to re-vote on getting rid of this)
and turn this into
~ Soul Reapers of the Seireitei - Lieutenants and down - Role plays ~
(We will also have to make a special set of rules inside this role play area
~Seireitei Gardens (All are welcome)~
~Tamakai Training Grounds~
Then I believe the rest should stay the same.
