Hey, I noticed that a lot of threads wound up talking about Forbidden ZOne one way or another, so I thought I may as well have a thread just FOR Forbidden Zone. So, even if you have neevr seen it, or know nothing about it, go ahead and do any questions or comments here^^. It's not like a requirement or anything, just thought I might add it. Hehehehe.

forbidden zone!
its such an awesome movie.. now if only i could find it on DVD. .. dang that dvd is hard to find.
anyway - my favorite character is squeezit, aside for danny. he's hilarious.
anyone else have a different favorite character?

'Makes me sad. All I've seen of it is a 20 second clip, a few pictures, some sound clips, and the song "Some Of These Days." I really, really want to see it though. gonk

me 2. i've always thought squeezit was an amazing name, but i have no idea who he is character-wise or anything cuz I've never seen it! crying
who is squeezit? and what is his significance? xp

You wouldn't technically be ripping them off, because I know that I, at least, even if I had a downloaded copy, would totally buy the DVD anyway. You'd just be.. speeding up the process. 3nodding
I think I like Squeezit and Rene from what I've seen of them, and of course Satan and his minions. The Queen seemed.. interesting, as well. The Princess, however, I have a pretty good feeling that I would hate her. confused

Squeezit is pretty damn awesome but I LOVE RENE. Too many classic one liners. "He can do it to me, honest!" But nothing makes me laugh harder than when Squeezit's mom comes home with the boy friend Squeezit just starts crying, "I love you mom, I love you..." gets me everytime.
The Princess is the best too. I'm planning on going as her to an underwear party. If I get any good pics I'll be sure to post. Don't worry, they'll all be tasteful. wink .
Danny, oh Danny boy! There are no words to describe his performance in that movie. A friend and I actually love to dance along with him and mimic his every move through the entire sequence, it's so much fun! Plus that song just kicks so much a**, one of these days I'm just going to burn a hole in my CD soundtrack.
I'm hoping to get a local theater to do like a midnight movie showing of it, maybe get people to dress up as their favorite characters, I don't know.
One last note, who doesn't love the animation in this moive? Especially that opening sequence. Hot damn.

Oh the animation is TOTALLY awesome! Oh, you forgot one of Rene's BEST lines: "Oh beat me, kill me; just ******** that a*****e!" Heheheh....yeah I'm kinda sick like that.
And of COURSE Danny and the boys were kickin it, but I have to say, he is prolly one of the...um....worst lipsyncers I have ever seen, which is a good thing, cause it means he's used to singing his own stuff live^^. *prepares for the barage of flames that may come from that comment.*

Oh, no, I totally agree. I think it's adorable. heart Especially in the videos, because they're matched with his insane dancing. If you can call it dancing. Usually you can't. But, yeah, that was my exact logic, that since he's a bad lip-syncher, you can tell that when he says he's live, you know he's live.

Miffles: i could have bought it from amazon.ca - but they have a 4-7 week wait to "order" it. crying and its like 30$CDN
anyway, i was in detroit this week and i found the DVD for 26$US eek i was so happy.. i popped it in my DVD player and it was DEFECTIVE. it had the special features glitch! i cant see danny in overalls in "the hercules family"
crying crying
i called FYE and asked them what i could do - they said i could drive back and exchange it. with gas prices, no way in hell!
so tomorrow i mail the disc to the special address
crying
so sad.
its one of my favorite movies too
