((This RP is for all remaining awakened Senshi, Cavaliers, and Guardian Cats that are not in Tartaros. Regardless if you post or not, you may (unless you wish otherwise) assume your character is present for the meeting if they are not currently comatose thanks to the Pyrite Crystal. Helios will be opening the floor of this meeting for discussion, so please wait to PM me with post-requests until Rea/Pegasus/Helios has posted. If you wish to post, please PM me and I will tag you accordingly! Thank you!)) ((The lead-in RP is here, in case there's any confusion!)) * * * * Two and a half blocks away from Destiny City Memorial Hospital, there was an underground parking garage that Cora's father had been trying to sell for the past two months. It was clean, as parking facilities went, and currently untenanted. It didn't have any particular grandeur, and with its low ceilings, it wasn't, on whole, designed to be conducive to large meetings with public speakers, but it was available, and it was empty. It was serviceable, and that was good enough. Corinna, Madison, and Johnny had agreed that they'd all be present at the meeting, despite their concerns about leaving their teammates unguarded. It was after visiting hours, which already meant there was less chance of any harm befalling them while they slept -- but more than that, it was important to present a unified front. For many of the sailor soldiers and guardian cats, and the lone cavalier all filing in to fill the space, they hadn't met the cavaliers or soldiers from across the mirror. It was important to make a well-ordered impression, given the current chaos in the city. The guardian cats present were using their magic to mask the combined energy signatures of so many magical auras gathered in one place -- but with any luck, their enemies were few at the moment. With any luck, they were all trapped in Tartaros by the Prince's hand. Facing the assembled sailor soldiers and guardian cats were people that many of them knew: Kunzite, Chronos, Aries, Taurus, Zue, Helios, Chloe, Flora, Mu Cephei. Standing in the middle of those that they largely did not know was a stern and commanding-looking figure in a black dress and antique lace -- Queen Nehelenia. She had long sweeps of indigo hair, running clear to the floor as Princess Chronos's did, and the appearance of bright flames in her blue eyes. She watched them carefully, taking the measure of the crowd as they filed in. Held aloft in one hand, she had a long, golden staff, crowned at its top with a jet-black crescent. In the bowl of the crescent moon head of the staff was a small golden setting, barely noticeable, where it looked as though something ought to be placed -- but there were other things better worth paying attention to, and she hoped no one would take much notice of it at the moment. In nearby Destiny City Memorial Hospital, every person present had a friend, or a family member, or a classmate trapped in a coma -- it took precedence. The queen said nothing, but nodded first to Princess Chronos and then to Dream Priestess Helios.

It was a pretty grim meeting. At least Chronos thought so.
She stood mutely, in between the blue-haired royal and Captain Aries, facing the Moon Senshi with a blank look that did not betray the emotion she felt inside as she gazed upon them. Deep inside, she was worried to see their numbers were diminished, but she still stood, back straight, resolute and firm, even as butterflies fluttered next to her. Chronos hadn't been in her Princess form, not ever since the terrors of Barren Pines, and even though she felt empty to wear the long white gown and bear the pink wings upon her back without the Opal Crystal, it wasn't the time to show any despair, any worry, when everyone was probably already doing that with their comrades in bed. Being a Princess meant you had to be strong for everyone else, and it was something Chronos knew very well.
She caught Nehelenia's bright blue gaze and then nodded, her own eyes turning to Helios as well. It would be best for Helios to open the meeting and address the Senshi with the situation at hand; the Priestess knew more about it than the small tidbits she had been told by her Handmaiden.

To say Rea was petrified would not have been accurate. Standing amongst her team, Chloe just to her right, she felt more at ease than if she had been out at the movies with some date, even with the long white robe that marked her as the Priestess of Elysion, the teal tie and white silk brushing along the dusty cement. The strawberry blonde was not afraid of standing in front of crowds, and certainly not afraid of public speaking -- she had passed the speech class at Crystal Academy with little trouble.
This however... this was different. She had never wanted to be a leader, in any sense. The Dream Team could attest to that. Now... now she couldn't help but wonder what went wrong.
Helios' gold eyes met with Nehelenia's, lingering on them but not returning the nod, gaze slipping to Chronos' form and finally to the the group gathered, settling somewhere in the middle. "Alright," She started, raising her voice over the shatter of the other senshi. It wasn't hard to get their attention -- although the voices echoed harshly in the parking garage, things were much more grim than they had been the last time they had met, their conversations lowered to hushed undertones, where there were any. The sounds quickly died, until there was complete silence in the cement building, attention focused on the group in the center.
"As you know, a few days ago a large section of Destiny City went silent as everyone within a certain radius collapsed without warning. Old or young, inside or out on the street, it didn't matter. Destiny City Memorial is filled with the bodies of the victims, and I'm sure all of you have someone you know who succumbed to it. The police and media have been calling it a number of different things, an experiment gone wrong, a mad sleeping disease, a terrorist attack and even the trial testing of a gas issued by our own government."
Speeches had never been part of Helios' training. His job had been a guardian, a priest, a protector -- never had he had more than a few Maenads within his shrine, assisting him. He had never had to demand order, nor rally support, nor motivate, and standing there, it was painfully apparent to herself. The wings at her waist shifted slightly, the slightest show of distress before she continued, her voice resonating lower than Rea's normal range.
"This is not the case. There is no virus, no terrorist attack, no anthrax or poison gas. And it is not the negaverse. It was with no malice that this accident befell Destiny City. As a few of you may know, there has been a new threat which has been stealing the crystals of any royals they may find. For what reason, we don't know -- all we know is that monarch crystals contain great power, power that is worrysome in any hands but their rightful owners. As Queen Nehelenia has explained it to me, her Prince, Alexandros, was accosted by the thief, and an attempt was made to steal the crystal. In order to prevent its power from the wrong hands, the prince activated its energy. The comas are the result of the Pyrite Crystal."
A small burst of conversation arose as she said this, a wave of turned heads from the crowd as the senshi turned to their friends beside them. Helios waited until they had calmed again, glancing through the crowd, amber eyes lingering on the senshi she recognized, as if taking a count, making a mental note.
"The National Guard has been patrolling the streets, watching for any delinquents who might try to take advantage of the chaos. We're trying our best to reverse these effects as quickly as possible, and return your friends and family unharmed. Until then, we're asking please, keep yourselves safe, if not for your sake, then for ours and everyone still awake. Already we can see the decline in our numbers, and we don't know the state the negaverse is in."
She left the rest unsaid, taking a slow breath, her mind racing a little as she tried to remember anything she had forgotten. If she had, she was sure either Nehelenia or Chronos would be there, ready to be of support. It was Chloe, however, who was of help first as one of the guardian cats looked to her, and Chloe leaned forward to whisper the name against her ear.
"Abel?"

Abel glanced sidelong at all the people present. He was still in feline form, and was disgruntled. At Tartaros. At the loss of his Pyxis. At the entire world seeming to come apart at the seams. He was one of the more lone guardian cats, rarely present but, usually, watching.
He did what he could to help mask so many presences around. There was only so much he could do, really, but he did all his power allowed.
Abel was far from a psychic, and so this meeting made him wary. Suspicious. What answers would he gleam from the strange trio before him? He recognized Chronos, Helios. Had seen them, but never spoken. He did what he could to avoid chit chat.
When Helios mentioned the victims that had fallen asleep, his heart panged. Pyxis. Pasha. The only senshi he really had strong attachment to-- one of purity and loyalty almost impossible to sever.
He listened to the tale about the Prince and the Queen, about crystals and more. It sparked bafflement-- a new threat against their forces was the last thing they needed.
"I am assuming, by your vague gesticulation, that the Queen Nehelenia is this...woman before us? What, exactly, is her role? Forgive me for my ignorance and insolence, however, she is not my Queen."
Abel was not really attempting to be cruel; he just could tell that she was not Serenity. And could not, for the life of him, figure her purpose. And it killed him to not know, it really did, as knowledge was something he strove to collect as much as possible of. He also assumed, well. This is what he got for being a hermit. Not knowing anything that was going on; and, he vowed, to pay more attention to his side's going-ons. If only to avoid looking like a fool in the future.

The Cavalier next to the Dream Priestess raised her hand. She was a familiar sight by now, the dour white knight who'd served as most of the sailor soldiers' introduction to the existence of Cavaliers at all. Kunzite didn't smile when she looked to Helios for permission to speak -- did she ever, at meetings? -- but she waited for Helios's nod before she bowed her head and stepped forward. "By your leave, Your Majesty," she said without looking at Nehelenia.
She looked down at the cat in front of her for a moment or two, then lifted her chin to address the meeting at large.
"This is Her Majesty Queen Nehelenia, the monarch of a different, faraway Moon Kingdom. She's come here with her ally, Prince Alexandros of a different Earth, to retrieve her kingdom's Great Crystal -- it was stolen by a wizard accompanied by the corrupted heir to our Earth Kingdom. I realize this is a lot of kingdoms for those of you who don't have any memories of any of this." She pinched the bridge of her nose with two gloved fingers. "The point being, she's a ruler from another time and place -- she's not your Queen. She's not my King, either. I've never met her. His Holiness the Dream Priest informs me she was once corrupted by Chaos. This is no longer the case, but frankly, everything to do with the Great Crystals and the Moon Princess and the wizard rests on her word: we have little to go on."
Kunzite crossed her arms. Heaven's Mandate was still at her side, heftier and heavier than the slim rapier sheathed at Laocoon's.
"I'm not inclined to trust strangers," she said, about as surprising as she was diplomatic, apparently. "I know nothing about this other moon, or, frankly, anyone's intentions. But I do know this much -- they're not Chaos, they oppose Chaos, and we're splintered and in need of allies. We were shattered enough as it was. Now that we've lost so many of our number --" Her voice tightened a little. "We could use allies. We'd be fools to turn them down."
A strange and desperate petition indeed, from the prideful and stubborn captain of Endymion's Cavaliers.
"They say their enemy is powerful, evil and ambitious," she said. "I don't know. I've never faced him. But he attacked Princess Chronos also, and if he is, that's one more threat that we never needed -- this is no time for fractiousness."
She glanced at Nehelenia and the woman glanced back at her. There was no love lost in that glance, or even, really, mutual respect. But there was a certain degree of resignation and acceptance.
"I would not advise," said Cavalier Kunzite, "that anyone take this as an opportunity to cause unrest. Not if we want to save our fallen friends."
She looked down in the ensuing silence.
"By your leave," she finished, awkwardly.

"My role," Nehelenia said, her words with a crisp edge to them, like the flavor of mouthwash, "is to ask you for your help, and to offer you mine." It was the first time she had spoken. She wasn't very tall, not next to some of the other people standing with her, but she had a deeper voice than they expected, very alto. It was loud, too, the sort of sound people associated (unfavorably) with it not being over till the proverbial "fat lady" sings. Nehelenia had a voice for public speaking.
Unfortunately, she didn't really have a face for public speaking. She looked grim and paranoid, with a tight set to her jaw that looked like she either had a nasty teeth-grinding habit or else she'd trapped a small insect between her teeth and couldn't loosen them lest it escape.
"This world was already in danger before the Wizard and the Fallen Moon Princess established themselves. The Dark Kingdom you're at war with is no threat to our world -- but it's corrupt and evil, and I don't intend to stand aside and let it destroy this world simply because I'm not strictly obligated to do anything about it."
She grimaced. "No -- I'm not your queen. I have a home of my own that I'd very much like to return to. Here in this world, I have friends, and a parent, in Destiny City Memorial. So does Laocoon. So does Gaia. We all do. And we'll support the Dream Priest however we can."
It galled Nehelenia that there were only three of them -- and Laocoon more her ally than her soldier. As it was, they didn't even have sufficient numbers to stand guard over their own teammates, and had to rely on DC Memorial's modern security systems and protocols to keep them safe. If she had more of her soldiers, she could set a round-the-clock guard for Helios like she wanted to -- she could spend more time visiting at her mother's bedside. She had to call up more soldiers, now, timing be damned -- her numbers were too thin.
"I'm here to help answer your questions," she said finally, "I have neither the time nor the inclination to usurp your much-contested throne."
She looked to Helios again.

Helios' eyes lifted to Kunzite as the cavalier began to explain, making no movement during the entire time he spoke. She was, as he had always been, a leader and one that never said anything she didn't believe. Here, it was the same. Miriam's voice was clear and level, and although perhaps (for diplomacy's sake) some of it could have been left out, the dream priest did not disagree with what she had to say. Nehelenia's speech also brought the amber eyes towards the next speaker, her expression losing a little expression as she listened.
After all was said and done, Helios chose not to say anything -- really, what was there to say that hadn't been already? -- and instead looked onward towards the expanse of senshi that had collected before them, looking on towards them with curiosity and bewilderment.

Sailor Perseus stood as soon as her name was called. While she was rather new to the senshi business, she was not new to public oration. Her pose was both non-threatening and strong at the same time, as she turned her silver blue gaze to the set of speakers lining across the front of the parking garage. There were more senshi than she'd ever met before in attendance, but it was good to see that there were still senshi awake. "Firstly, I am not sure how much this may be of use, but I shall mention it anyways. Just a few days ago I was accosted by a negaverse lieutenant who also had no clue what was going on. He was under the impression that it was all our fault, and seemed to let on that he knew several on the Negaverse side who were also downed by the coma." Underneath her white glove, there was still a bruise on her knuckles from where she'd punched him. It was a little strange to know what he was right, however, and it was pretty much coming from her side of the law. She paused for a second, eyes briefly scanning the room around her. It had been a lot of information to process, but it had filled in many of the gaps in her own knowledge. "I know I speak for myself, and possibly many others here, when I ask what exactly is being done to help our sleeping friends and family? Do you have any idea how long it will take for them to awake?" She paused again, letting the seriousness of her question sink in. "Also, do you know if there will be lasting effects when they do regain consciousness?" Her eyes roved between the dream priestess and the queen standing at the front, waiting for an answer before taking her seat again.

Helios listened quietly, her eyes set unwaveringly on the senshi who had stood up. The information that the negaverse, too, had been met with hardship did not go uncelebrated, if only silently and to herself. The worse off the enemy was, the better. She did not wish the unending nightmares on anyone, but with so many senshi down (and it was obvious, just in those she recognized should have been there, that there were quite a few missing,) anything that hindered the enemy as well couldn't be taken for granted. She waited, however, for Perseus' questions before she spoke, her eyebrows furrowed.
"At the moment, we're not sure how much we can do. Tartaros, as I understand it, is a realm of nightmares. It has a priestess, as our dreamworld Elysion has myself as it's priestess (she paused a little before adding the 'ess) but Queen Nehelenia has been unable to locate her as of yet. So far, we thought it best to inform you all of the situation first. Then... we'll see if we can find a way in through Elysion."
Helios' expression tightened a little more, the wings at her waist also clenching a little closer to her body. So far, their gameplan hadn't exactly been a strong one, and it bothered her immensely, enough that the Dream Priestess glanced over at Nehelenia, giving her a long look before returning to the questions.
"As for how long... I'm not sure. Nor am I sure if there'll be lasting effects. I'm sorry, unfortunately we'll have to take those as they come, after we rescue those asleep."
And there'd be no question that they would be rescued.

Regulus's mood was fairly well evident, his jaw was squared, his fists were clenched so hard that his knuckles were white beneath the skin, muscles clenched so taught that his shoulders were actually trembling, and his eyes burned as hotly as blue flames.
He looked almost as though he'd rather start reining attacks down on the gathering, especially the Dark Queen and her small gathering, but he didn't.
Barely; By the look in his eyes.
"You advise we don't cause unrest? You ADVISE?? OPEN YOUR ******** EYES DIPSHIT."
Generally speaking, it wasn't wise to refer to someone with a bladed weapon as anything short of 'Sir' or 'M'am", or some related title... but clearly he was far, FAR too angry to care.
"This b***h and her ******** BOYTOY Just did more ******** damage than SAILOR ******** NEALITE, and she at least had the excuse of Being a ******** bad guy" His fists were trembling as well, though he kept them at his sides with visible effort. "Europa's in a coma! Half my goddamn TEAM is in a coma! I want to know what the hell they're planning to do about this so called ******** 'unrest' before you tell us not to cause one! Cause I sure as hell can't see how we're gonna manage to put an cherry on this ******** sundae-of-stupid!"
Those close to the Bastards had probably cottoned on already to an obvious fact. Regulus liked Europa. Regulus was in fact dating Europa, and Regulus could be pretty narrow in his world focus when he was so inclined. ((Apparently he was so inclined now.)) He was also suffering particularly from the effects of the nightmares, with many of his closely revolving around dreams where the Moon court, in one form or another, had become a source of mass destruction in the world, and him with it, though only Helios might be likely to know that particular little bit of sanity shaking trivia, which had helped bring about this especially heated outburst from the Senshi of Pride.
