COMPLAIN
i am tired - tsukarete desu
- watashi wa tsukerete desu
i want to go home - uchi/ie hoshii ikiru desu

I'm tired
tsukareta (疲れた)
informal, used with buddies/family.

I'm hungry, literally: my stomach is empty
onaka ga suita おなかがすいた
onaka ga suite iru おなかがすいている

I'm hungry or rather my stomach rumbles, is making noises. Peko peko is supposed to be the stomachs sounds.
onaka ga peko peko おなかがペコペコ

A quite masculine way to say: I'm hungry, literally my stomach is hungry.
harahetta はらへった

I want to go home
(ie ni) kaeritai desu (家に) 帰りたいです
the first "home" can be omitted, since 帰る already mean to return/go home/back.

The way you write is a bit inconsistent. A little suggestion, write every phrase in romaji, kana and kanji. Sometimes you have only kanji or only hiragana. Sure you can write「おなかがすいているよ」but it can also be written with a kanji character and then it will be 「お仲がすいているよ」。This example is a pretty bad one as it only has one kanji, but you get the jist.

A few things to add and a few things to correct!

"I am tired" should not be in te-form unless it is a "state of being clause and/or you should not use desu in this manner. I can see a few ways of saying this but I'm sure there are more. わたしがつかれた。 (watashi ga tsukareta) or! わたしがつかれている。 (watashi ga tsukareteiru).

"I want to go home" (I have no idea what ikiru is but I would say it like this...) うちにいきたいです。 (Uchi ni ikitai desu) OR! うちにかえりたいです。 (Uchi ni kaeritai desu).

"I am sleepy" very close here! only thing I would change is わたしがねむいです。 (watashi ga nemui desu) Usually you use [ga] with adjectives.

To add:
わたしの__がいたいです! (watashi no ___ ga itai desu.) Lit: My___ hurts!
Here is a few things to plug into that empty space!
あたま (atama) - head
おなか (onaka) - stomach
て (te) - hand/forearm
あし (ashi) - leg/foot
ひざ (hiza) - knee
くび (kubi) - neck
のど (nodo) - throat
かた (kata) - shoulders

気分が悪いです(きぶんがわるいです) kibun ga warui desu - Lit: Feeling is bad. This implies emotional distress or to feel sick or ill.
