(oh-yah-soo-mee-nah-sigh) Hello - Konnichiwa/Mushi Mushi (On Phone) Good Bye - Sayonara; Sore dewa Goodbye. (long-term) - Sayōnara. (sa-YOH-nah-rah) Goodbye. (informal) - Sore dewa. (SOH-reh deh-wah) See Ya - Ja na / Ja ne Hey - Ne Why - nande / doushite *note - there's a slight diff b/w the two but im nt very sure sbout it) Thank you - Arigato(thank you) / Arigato Gozaimasu(thank you very much)? Domo Arigato Gozaimasu(most formal) Thank you Very Much - Domer Arigato what am i to you? - watashi anata ni wa nandesuka? I missed you so much - samishi katta desu I love you(~nya~) - daisuki desu/anata wo aishite imasu

From what I understand なんで is less formal than どうして.
And you left out なぜ.

And you left out なぜ. どうして is basically the "official" word for "why", while なんで and なぜ are more slang-ish.
