Some people use military time but if you want to say am or pm it would be ごぜん (gozen) and ごご (gogo) respectively.

While we are talking about time though I might as well go on with it ne?

半（はん） - the term for half, in time marks half past the hour.
間（かん） - term for duration of time, i.e. "for..."
分（ぶん、ぷん、ふん） - counter for minutes. (Be careful! these change alot!)
秒（びょう） - counter for seconds.

Examples:
一時半（いちじはん）- 1:30

二時半間（にじはんかん） - for 2 and a half hours.

三時十五分　（さんじじゅうごふん）　- 3:15

四十秒前（よんじゅうびょうまえ） - 40 seconds before (to go)

A note for the minute counter:
This counter is very versatile as it has so many pronunciations here is a little chart to let you know 1-10 and how they work.

1 min. -->いっぷん (ippun)
2 min -->にふん　(nifun)
3 min -->さんぶん (sanbun)
4 min -->しぶん　(shibun)
5 min　-->ごふん (gofun)
6 min -->ろっぷん (roppun)
7 min -->ななふん (nanafun)
8 min　-->はっぷん (happun)
9 min --> きゅうふん (kyuufun)
10 min -->じゅっぷん　(juppun)
