All this and more drifts into your head, as you idly stare at your Pokegear....Suddenly, something comes up. Distantly, you hear a ringing and look down to see your Pokegear ringing and vibrating in your hand.
Odd, you note. No reception, yet...
CALL FROM:
Missingldr._H02u$
Call Back Number: MISSINGO!
Take: Yes/Noas;dfhl;as:ERROR!'-=asYES?
Curiosity gets the best of you, and you answer...To a screaming string of non-syllables and words that promptly make you throw down the Pokegear face down and cover your ears in pain.
Cursing as the nonsensical chanting rings throughout your head, you pick up the face down Pokegear and note a strange thing. The call ended on it's own, and now the map function on the Pokegear is open. And in the middle of the map, where no gym would, should, or could be, is a new gym flashing as your next marked destination:
Kaotichs Principality Gym

Damn curious now, you get out your trusty flier and get flying to the location marked on the map. It takes you a couple of hours, but eventually you land on the spot marked on the map...And see nothing but flat, pancaked plains for miles on edge. No matter where you look, there is nothing but Sun and Plains meeting at the horizon to make an endless stretch of land-sea.
Looking at the map again, you notice that it says that the gym has moved...
But...but...Impossible, how could a solid building move? Cursing your curiosity and the technology that lead you here, you idly grab for your trust flier again while looking up from the Pokegear's map. Your hand makes it about half way to the flier's Pokeball, when you realize something...
You are standing in a thick forest, trees so tall that the sun is blotted out. Now your thoughts drift to panicking on how you could have gone from endless plains to thick forest without ever having taken a step. Your breath quickens, and you turn around in a panic to see if this was some sort of trick, some Psychic/Ghost type having fun...Only to have a branch of a low tree whip you right back around.
At which point, your jaw drops as you see a high drop in front of you and note that you appear to be facing off of a very high, very cold, frost mountain. Quickly, you turn around to embrace the forest behind you...Only to find yourself embracing an endless sea and nearly soaking one shoe in it. Backing up in shock, you sense something hard pressing against your head and turn to see a low hanging stalagmite, one out of many that stretch before you in an apparently endless cave...
With each turn, the scenery changes. From free falling at 5,000 feet to nearly being burned alive by a volcano to a multitude of other features, all now swirling endlessly in your head. Weary of it all, you turn to an abandoned, soulless city. Determining that it is more or less safe, considering the circumstances, your promptly sit down and force your head back, intending to take a long nap and hopefully awake to the end of nonsense...
Before you could lace your fingers together and catch your head, you clonk hard against something unforgivably hard. Turning around whilst rubbing your head, you see what it is. Or should be, at least. A large building, with an odd eight pointed sun adorning the apex of it, with a single eye staring eternally from the middle of the sun...Or at least, you get the impression that is what it should be, for whenever you try to focus on a point, it seems to shift in imposable ways, changing material and form as rapidly as your mind could comprehend the previous form. The only way you can truly begin to describe it is to say that it is everything and nothing at once, along with making your headache worse.
Turning around, you note that this time you seem to be in some sort of opaque dome that does not give sway as to where in the hell it could be in the word. Turning again, hoping for a better change of scenery, you are shocked to see that building. For once, no matter how you turn, everything stays the same. A relief and a curse, but with nothing better to do, you head to the double doors of the building...And nearly beat yourself to death with the back of the door, when you see what is engraved upon it:
A miniature eight pointed sun, like the one on top of the building. But more importantly, the words:
Kaotichs Principality Gym
Gym Leader: Johnathan Horus
Challengers Welcomed
Gym Leader: Johnathan Horus
Challengers Welcomed
engraved on a sign upon the door. Forgetting about your headache, you rush in with excitement, prepared to to take on whatever the leader can throw at your...Only to be greeted with a scene: On man in full, knightly armor on the ground, bleeding to death. As another man, smirking in black armor decorated with skulls, stands over the first man, extracting his sword from the dieing man's gut. While to the side, and older man in splendid, golden armor, is drawing his flaming brand, readying to to unleash fiery hatred upon the smirking one in black.
You blink and shake your head, utterly confused. Only to find when you open your eyes a single man, sitting on a throne of some sorts, with an atypical Pokemon gym in between you and him.
He gets up and moves to Gym Leader's spot, apparently ready to defend his badge. You note that he is a very slim and lithe man, almost to an unhealthy degree. Tall as well, unusual, for he seems to be a pure albino...Pale white skin, and snow white hair. Locking eyes with him as you step to the challengers box, you confirm this fact; noting that his eyes are all white, with only black pupils to add any color. And in those eyes, you note a certain timelessness. Something that puts you on edge, for not being able to place his age, but yet feeling that he should be older than he looks. Or younger.
Noticing your eye contact, he smirks the same smirk as the man in black armor that you saw,
"My name is Johnathan Horus. And I welcome you to the Kaotichs Principality Gym..." His voice had no tone to it, yet every tone at once. It echoed like a male adults, but yet spoke in a singular voice of a child. Whatever it was, it sounded predatory, to say the least. You start to question if being here is a good idea or not, when all of sudden, you tune back into him and start hearing him talk about the official, league badge. "...I presume you are here for my badge, correct? If that is so, then let us begin. The rules are simple: adapt, change, and survive and I shall you give you my badge. Good luck."
And so, your fight with this mysterious gym leader begins...
