You could always use a reference image to help you draw the back muscles. I'd say work on the hand, and the pants look to smooth near the waist area, but then again maybe thats what you are going for.

The hand on the shoulder definitely needs working on. The thumb, especially looks out of proportion.

It depends on which outfit i go with this is my oc, and i plan on giving him at least two outifts, one has fairly tight pants (looser on bottom) and the other has looser pants. I have tried using a referance picture, its hard to find one xp Thank you

That's not too bad. Everyone has their weaknesses and hands are often very tricky, I certainly avoid drawing them wherever possible.
Try and find a reference for the hand, or if you can't find one take one of your own. When I was practicing drawing hands I was taking pictures of my own hands to use as a reference a lot!

If you are going for a scrannier look, then it is a basics of what a thinner male would look like. >3
You have the basic line to show his shoulder blades, and his spine. I do feel that you are missing some folds in the fabric, but thats just where you look up pictures of males in tight pants. >DDDDDD And look at their asses. XDDDD
Any ways, as far as the back... I can see if I can come up with something as far as a ref picture.

I noticed that with the way the arms are positioned the arm just hanging down by his side, that shoulder blade would stick out, while the other one wouldnt. I think the line for the spine doesnt seem right in the way it looks, like it would look differnt on a normal person. I probably am missing some folds, i will work on the clothes more after i decide which outfit im going with rofl Thank you heart
