You are going to need this form if you are making a character. It is broken down in a few parts for your convenience, however you will need to fill most of them out eventually. After you fill it simply arrange it as you will in a quest thread in this subforum and it will be promptly checked out. -Notice, that because your artist and community manager is a crazy person, she might like a concept so much that she might surprise you with creating your character on the spot without prior notice or anything.
Please remember to format the title of your quest thread as such [Quest] Character Name [status] In place of 'status' input 'under construction', 'open', 'open for critique', 'completed', 'revamping', etcetera, or any variation to show it.
Keep in mind, that because of our loose system in regards to character development your character does not need to start out as a Trainee or the lowest rank in their Faction. However, you cannot aim for the top position right off the bat either -or this would take the fun out of it. The highest rank you can apply for is Soldier. -you cannot choose a Division for them. Instead you'll have to submit an application form in the Divisions you wish to apply to when you feel ready to- (BUT. YOU CAN BECOME A CANDIDATE FOR ANY OF THE CAPTAIN POSITIONS RIGHT OFF THE BAT -at this point in time at least. So make sure to include that part of the form if you want to be considered otherwise you won't be able to participate in that sub-event. Characters up for candidacy that don't make it to captains but are extremely fitting for that particular Division might be chosen as that Division's Lieutenants.)

PART II: Powers and abilities
Before you start filling this out... let me tell you one thing. Forget what you know about reality. This isn't it! Make your character's abilities strange and unique, there is NO LIMIT, basically because Reiki is such a versatile form of energy. So have fun with thinking it out. Also keep in mind that Reiki comes in various qualities... that's why some people have healing abilities and others do not, or the reason some can or cannot Cloak its presence.
Remember that as far as unique techniques are concerned you must get them approved first -but this can be done directly in your quest thread via critique.

PART III: Reigen
You don't need to fill this right away, though its a good thing to get your Reigen's idea approved early so you can skip over this phase when your character acquires it. Alternatively, you can also only fill in the first half of the form, leaving the Level Two information to be decided later. Also, Reigen invocation is a required ability if you are aiming for a Captain. Your Reigen concept may be altered as many times as you want before being acquired ICly.

As you have probably guessed this part is required to be filled only if you aspire for your character to be chosen as the Captain of one of the Divisions. If you leave this part out your character shall not be considered. However, if you decide to try later than sooner -before your character has been acquired- you are still permitted to as long as you inform the staff to go through it once again to check your Candidacy Application.
