KC: *traipsing about, the green doe still prancing about gaily near him, trying to keep his sanity*

Doe: Aw, KC, cheer up! I'm sure we're nearby. There are lots of roses in bloom here. There's a red one, a red one, another red one, oh look dark red! And a pink one, and a red one, and a red one . . .

Chantily - *once more she found herself stalking about outside the wall, with the pack lacking guards and gaining what she considered incompetents..and having pups to boot chantily had doubled her own patrols and now her green eyes were fixed on the strange pair of deer and wolf cavorting below. Or at least the deer was cavorting, the wolf just looked annoyed. When she was sure there were only the two beings wandering together and they were not part of a lager force she decided to show herself, slipping from the tree's a bit ahead of them and sitting right smack dap in thier path so that they were forced to stop - or turn around. either choices were fine with her really*

Doe: . . . and a red one, and look a red one! And a red one, and a pink one, and a tan and white furry one -

KC: *stops when he sees the wolf before them, content to let the deer babble one when at last, with a frightened yelp, the green creature scampered right behind him again* This here The Order? *It fit the description, what with the famed rose wall being in sight*

Chantily - *snorted softly in amusement as the deer scampered off - really a deer seeking protection from a wolf, how peculiar. Her eyes however grew guarded as he mentioned the pack an she drew herself up to her full and proud height before answering him. "And what business do you have of them?"

KC: Been lookin' fer 'em, that's my business. *an ear flicks back as the doe mutters in frightened whispers behind him, and he resists the urge to roll his eyes* Heard yer lookin' for good sets a'paws ta man the borders. I'm thinkin' I can help with that.

Chantily - *well at least he was a straight foreward beast she thought to herself as he responded with the obvious, and looking him over with a critical eye she had to admit he did look capable enough to be the good set of paws he claimed to be offering. "There is truth in what you have heard" She told him "I can take you to the Grand Master if you so desire" Which is something she seemed to be doing allot of lately. moons Fanta was going to tire of her shortly...the thought of which caused a curiously unsettled feeling in her stomach which she ignored.

KC: That's it? *brow furrows at how easily they would let someone in; was the pack this much in need of aid, or was this just a testament to their openness to strangers?*

Doe: Psst. Hey, Kelly, just go with it~ Don't scorn a free meeting with the alpha or you'll ruin our chances.

KC: *grumbles at the use of his first name and whaps her with his tail* Alrigh' then, lead along, ma'am.

Chantily - *eyes the doe and wolf for a few more judging moment's before sighing slightly at the irritation of becoming little mor then a hyped up guide wolf and turned back along he path. Fantasia she knew would decide the wolfs worth in the end - and the deer? well..who knew.

It was a short and silent walk that lead the trio to one of the breaks in the thorn wall and with a motion of her muzzle Chantily ushered them inside. "Fantasia's den is this way" She told them briskly as she followed them through and trotted by to retake the lead.

Doe: Ooooh, this is so much fun! *as they pad along, tilting her head this way and that, nostrils flaring to catch the scents of the flowers* Ooh, so much fertile soil! So much flowers!

KC: Many. Many flowers.

Doe: And Fantasia sounds like such an explosive thing. He won't explode on us, will he? Oh dear, I really hope not . . .

Chantily - "Fantasia is stern but fair" She assured the deer - though it still amused her to be showing a deer about the place. "but yes..the flowers grow well here in response to Fantasia's mother. She has a way with plants it seems' She continued before stopping a few paces short of a den. Surely he had heard their arrival - a the deer kept nattering on and she didn't see the need to pester him with further summons.

KC: *mutters to self darkly as the green doe continues to prance about, leaping back whenever she saw another wolf trotting about but otherwise seemingly nervously optimistic. When he spies movement from within the den, he bows his head and pre-empts the alpha with a greeting* Don' mind her. Natter-brains is harmless.

Doe: Oh, is that my name now? Natter-brains? I like Natter so much better, it's less . . . disgusting. Brains are nasty things.

KC: *thinks* 'Which is why y'don' have one.'

Fantasia: *gives a brow quirk at the obnoxiously green deer as he comes out of his den, but then nods to Chantilly* More visitors?

Chantily - "Grand Master" she greeted her alpha as he appeared, bowing in the apropriate manner and completely ignoring the antics of her companions. "I found him wandering near the wall, he says he's been looking for us, heard we could use a set of good paws" She explained the situation before casting a look at the deer "And that...is a friend?" She wasn't sure exactly how to explain the deer.

KC: She's, uh . . . Natter. *Why not? Lifts head to view Fantasia squarely, finding himself a little taller and thicker than the alpha* Where ya need me? Don' care where I'm at so long as Natter here gets safe passage.

Fantasia: An odd request. *Wonders what would ever drive a wolf to befriend a deer* First, I will insist you describe to me what your capabilities are.
Natter: Oh, him? *giddy snort as she slides back behind him, wrapping her neck about so that her snout was poking KC's cheek* He's a gruff boy with a soft heart! He saved me from his pack and escaped a ton of wolves, and he runs like the wind~ And he's big and strong too. And I'm really good with plants!

KC: ¬¬ *Way to spill, thing* What she said.

Fantasia: *A strange relationship indeed . . .* A runner, you say? I would like to see the extent of your speed after you have been rested, Mr . . . ?

KC: Clementine, sir.

Natter: His name's Kelly Clementine actually, but he really hates it when wolves call him Kelly. 8D

Chantily - *gives a baleful look at Fantasia as if to say - do we really need to keep the deer? Because she could just see the silly creature becoming more of a nuscience then it was worth before speaking "Clementine it shall be then”

Fantasia: *An odd accent, an even odder name, and the oddest of friends; who was he talking with really? He indulges his marshal with a patient look before turning back to KC* Then, Clementine, I welcome you and your friend to our lands. I will take care that your friend is spared if she does not prove a nuisance. Tomorrow I would like you to come to my den so that I may assess your abilities.

KC: Sir. *nods* Thank ye. I'll reign her in.

Natter: Yay! 8DDD I promise I won't be a big nuisance. I'll help with the plants and everything, and eat weeds, and kick intruders out, and -

KC: D'you have a den near them brambles? That'll do.

Chantily - *Disneyana would probably love the green creature if she really was as good with the plants as the wolf was saying, as long as she didn't go bouncing about Chantily - she was willing to overlook the oddity of having a deer live with them* I believe there may be one avalible in that area...*she hazarded in a thoughtful tone - mentally running down the list of who lived where although glancing at Fantasia for the final verdic there.

Fantasia: Closer to the mountains there are more. *Supposedly for the Rose Guard since that was where the wall was thinnest, though they didn't have many; perhaps this male would be the first?* Chantilly, if you would take him there?

Chantily - *bowed her head * "Of course my lord" She told the rose adjorned wolf before looking to Clementine and his deer "If you'll just follow me " She motioned in the direction they should take and trotted off.
