Just got back. When the nurse was questioning me about my family history I told her I'd never had a pap smear and she was like "Oh this'll be your first one then....wait...you're 20 I don't think you will, I think they do them at 21 now."
That was weird to me kinda.
But yeah he tested for some STD's, some I'll have to wait until next month when I get bloodwork done but whatevs. I didn't get to see what devices he was using but whatever he used was totally uncomfortable and kind of hurt. >:C
He also checked the size & shape of my pelvis to make sure the baby will be able to come out okay.
When he came back into the room he said everything looked perfect so I guess that's good!

Apparently they have different sizes of those devices they use on your cooch. My mum only found this out a few weeks ago when she complained to the gyno that whatever cervical procedure she had was painful, and the doctor was like "Oh I'll just switch to a smaller size." and then she couldn't even feel it. Might be worth asking if there's a next time!
Anyway, I'm glad everything's okay. <3
