it's card and paper mache and paint stuffs. :3
i also painted pattern all over a white top and jeggings.
and as for reasoning, the leavers' ball for our college was last night and all of art foundation dress up for it in some kind of theme, this year it was exotic animals.

They let you wear jeggings to your leavers' do?

They let you wear jeggings to your leavers' do? it was fancy dress. ?__? i don't think anybody cares what you're wearing when you're dressed as something. the lower year wore party dresses and ball gowns and stuff. but art foundation do fancy dress every year.

not the most flattering thing i've ever worn. the paint made it stiff so it sticks out weird. i'm actually about 5 sizes smaller than i look in this monstrosity.  claudia the ladybug.  katie the lemur.

Ah, I see. Even when our dances have a fancy dress theme, people still mostly only do dresses with maybe animal ears or whatever.
