Sad stuff. I always thought it would be cool to hear first-hand accounts of WWII stuff, but I never knew any veterans from it, and the numbers are dwindling every day. I don't think I'll ever get to. crying
You should check out some of the History Channel programming this weekend. One show focused on prostitution in the Hawaiian Islands after Pearl Harbor. One woman for every 350 men. Ouch.
