The beach! Momma was really taking her and her elder brother to the beach? It was a miracle! Momma had been busy lately, so Sabbia and her litter mates hadn't been there yet. Momma did promise them that today she would bring a couple to the beach. After all, it'd be hard to take her and every single one of her siblings to the beach all at once. So, she'd picked the youngest two, first.
Sabbia's violet eyes sparkled with happiness as she ran a little ways a head of her mother, always turning back to make sure she wouldn't get in trouble for doing it. Sabbia was a sweet cub, always listened to her mother and father and always seemed eager to please her family and those around her. She had no problem following orders or suggestions. Her goal in life was to make every one of her pride members happy and smiling.
Her green and brown toes wiggled when they hit the finer sand of the beach. "Momma, it's so bright!" The beaches sands were a different color, and the sun shone off the water, twinkling like stars in the daytime. She looked to her brother and grinned at him like an idiot. Would he be this excited too? About her neck, Sabbia had a necklace that she'd made out of flowers to give to the Mother Ocean. It was something she heard the others talk about doing it!

Caspian was bounding, like a rabbit. Up, down, up down. It was easier on the harder sand, however, and as the small group reached the thinner, finer sand of the beach, his weight caused him to sink as he landed, with a surprised cry.
"AHHH, I'M MELTING! MOMMA I'M SINK- Ohwait." he screamed, although soon realized that no, he wasn't sinking. Or not anymore, at least. Pulling his paws out of the sand he giggled, flashing a cheerful grin to his mother before chasing eagerly after his sister, not even pausing for breath, or seeming embarrassed in the slightest. Instead, he moved on to the next game, diving towards his sister in a tackle with a battle cry.

When her brother yelled for his life, Sabbia started. her fur stood on end and then she eyed him. He wasn't sinking! Silly boy. Laughing when he charged at her to tackle her, she ducked, hoping he would miss and fly over her. Only then would she fly at him in a tackle. Sabbia wanted to get the upper paw in this duel! Her pale brother would look so dirty in this sand, though. She cringed at the thought of him getting a bath, how long it would take momma to get all the sand out of his fur.
"Bet you can't catch me!" She said, looking back to her mother and then took off nearer the water. She wouldn't go in, not yet, anyway.

"Behave, please," came the voice of reason, as Azriell'Kyupe also reached the beach, watching her two youngest children with a warm smile. It was nice to see Caspian apart from his twin brother, shining in his own right. Azi took a deep breath, revelling in the fresh sea air, enjoying the cool breeze that brushed across the beach. She was careful to keep a faded blue eye on the two cubs, however, making sure they didn't venture too deep in the water.
"Careful near the water, Sabbia. It can be dangerous."

Feana had come down here to clear her mind. She'd completely left Kenya and the den and moved in with her newer mate, Cit. Things felt right for the first time since her and her mother got over their differences and it made Feana unsure about if the move was too soon. Sure, she had all kinds of connection with the big male, but what if it was just like her feelings had been for Kenya?
"They're deeper than that." Her voice was drown out by her mother's shouting and cubs squealing and giggling. It seemed her mother had taken some of the cubs to the beach. Sure enough, she raised blue eyes ahead of her and she spotted a green and white cub wrestling on the beach. Feana's inner child kicked in and she raced down the fine sand and let out her own cry. They knew who she was; she'd visited plenty before hand.

Caspian landed face-first in the sand, and after spitting a large amount of it out of his mouth with a disgusted sound, he took back off after his sister. However, a familiar cry paused him mid-bound, and it only took a glance before he was racing to meet Feana.
"BIG SIS BIG SIS!" he cried in joy, leaping up to sort of...hug her. He didn't quite realize that it might hurt, to have a cub leap up at your neck whilst you were racing towards it.

Sabbia listened to what her mother was saying. She moved away from the water and was going to say something, but then Feana's cry pierced her ears and she whipped her head around and grinned even wider. She raced toward her pale sister only to skid to a stop as Caspian tackled her neck and winced. She knew from experience that knocked the wind out of a person and caused them to gag and choke.
That's what she was watching now. Her blue eyed sister went to the ground with Caspian and started sputtering and gasping for breath. "Cas! Feana!" She now moved at a run towards them to see if both of them were OK.

Azi was enjoyed the weak sunlight filtering through the clouds, closing her eyes to give a quiet purr of content. However, at Caspian's shouts, she turned with a frown, expression softening as she spotted one of her older children, heading towards them.
Or...well. She was supposed to be older. It was fair to say Feana didn't exactly act her age most of the time. Azi was actually fairly glad that Feana had happened upon them - the pair had some talking to do, what with this new mate of hers. When Caspian leapt up at Feana, however, Azi's eyes widened, and she set off at as quick a pace as she could manage towards her children.
"Caspian! You do not jump up at people like that!" she scolded harshly, using her teeth to pluck him from the ground a little roughly and drop him the other side of her. She nudged Feana affectionately, looking to her older daughter with concern, "Are you alright?"

When the boy was plucked from her, she coughed a few more times and panted, staying there on the sand for a bit. It was cooler than the air. Which felt nice. Looking up to her mother, she grinned and laughed before looking to her brother and tugging him between her front two paws to lick at his mane. "He didn't hurt me to bad. Mainly knocked the wind out of me." She said. Her voice sounded a bit rough, but wouldn't yours after a sibling tackled your throat? She was downplaying how bad it hurt so the boy wouldn't be too sad about doing it.
Then her eyes spotted her sister, and she dragged her over, too and licked at her face, enjoying the purr and huge smile it caused. Cubs loved her because she could relate to them and talk to them as a fellow cub. ...She was an over grown cub, that's all that could be said. "What're you guys doing here? Offering gifts to the Mother?"

The young cub squealed as he was dragged roughly from his older sister, and plopped down in the sand again. His ears fell flat against his head when he realized he'd hurt Feana, however, the boy giving a few soft whimpers as he crept towards Feana, nudging her leg, "I'm sorry, Feana."
He looked up to his mother in an apologetic manner as well, sorry for having made her look silly. He looked back to Feana again, ears still flat against his head as he cuddled up to her with a fond purr, "I'm really really sorry."

Seeing her older sister wasn't really hurt, Sabbia relaxed into the licks and then looked up to momma. She was slightly worried and even a tiny bit mad at her brother. Sabbia knew better than to tackle someone's throat. Her tiny paw came up and rubbed her brother on the head with a smile. "She said she was OK! It's all OK, Cas. Dun worry no more, 'kay? We was just a little scared. Right momma?"
