I'm kinda doing this without permission but...
Each month we ~sorta~ have a Member of the Month poll, where we vote on whoever we think is the coolest or best member. I got tho thinking, "Why limit it to real people? We spend enough time creating characters, why not have a Character of the Month as well?" Sorta corny, yes, but I thought I might be fun.
THE RULES
Every month five characters from various RPs will be put up for vote. The characters will be picked based on the first five suggested in the thread, and voting will proceed from there. Only one character per member will be allowed per voting period (example: Brett and Fyra can't be up at the same time, or Astrid and Vesper). However, more than one character from the same RP is allowed. You can nominate your own characters, but it's not really sportsmanlike.
THE WINNER
The winner is whoever gets the most votes. Duh. And the creator of the winner will get some sort of prize, bought by me. Nothing extravagant... I'll probably get something that reminds me of the winning character.
So, yes, please suggest our first five!
Or four, since I wanna nominate Astrid. She's all over the place, after all.

Aww...it's a shame most of the rps went to the graveyard...
Oh! And what about..characters that are in private rps? Would it really make sense to nominate one of them since...it's technically private...and therefore...not everyone technically knows who that character is?
Just curious.

I think they should still be allowed even if it's private, because private rps, though not everyone can play in, can be read by everyone. Yay lurkers... biggrin

I'm pretty sure she didn't really qualify whether or not the character has to be from an active RP, or if they even need to still be alive :3
If you know a character that you love, that you think deserves it and that you think people will vote for, nominate them 8D
of course, i'm not the creator of the contest, so Ixy will have to approve, but I'm sure she'd be fine with it -w-

How about... you post the profile of your character, or a short description of them, so we can see them all.
Post it for your person, Rhaps, then we can vote. wink If it works out then we can have another round.
