Cael used both of his chubby little hands to push his way through what, to him, seemed like thick underbrush. He had a letter clutched tightly in his hand, and seemed rather intent on getting...somewhere. It didn't occur to the satyr baby that he didn't know where he was, or that he was going in the very wrong direction. He had, hours early, become seperated from the older satyr girl who had been taking him to visit his grandparents and was perhaps trying to find her again. He found a game trail and sat in the middle of it, legs sprawled out as he looked in one direction, then the other. He couldn't see anyone. "Aah?" he called out, his ears flicking up, then back down to their drooped, relaxed position.

Chubby tan fists rubbed tired eyes as Sikya woke up to the world. He looked around, instinctively reaching out for a mother that wasn't there with a little yip. His bushy cradle prodded him with sharp briars, causing him to struggle and eventually roll out of it.
"Naah!" He flopped face first on the ground with a thump. Instantly the little cub started to cry, but when he looked around, he saw something dark moving around. Sikya stuck his tongue out and with a little grunt, started crawling after it.

"Hm?" Cael shuffled on the spot until he could see behing him. He thought he'd heard something. But he quickly forgot about it, and got to his feet, moving again. He statred to (sort of) sing a song his mother would always sing when they were going for a walk. Of course, many of the words were nonsensical, and the ones that were actual words, he sung extra loud because he knew how to say him. Judging by what made sense, the song was about clouds, and magic.

Sikya made grabby hands at the retreating figure. As soon as he had gotten a visual, the other had started off. He opened and closed his mouth, tears welling up in his eyes. Where was he going? It was scary out here alone! Instinctively, he yowled and grabbed a bush to push himself up onto paws he had barely begun to grow into. The cub wobbled, then flopped over onto the ground.

Cael heard something again, much louder this time, and turned around. He stared, then started back the way he had come from, curiousity getting the better of him. He hadn't been exposed to many...any dangers, in his short life, so he had no sense of safety and whatnot. He kept walking, until he saw someone else, and he made an excited noise. He skipped his way over to the other baby. He had surprisingly good balance for one so young.

When Sikya looked up, he noticed that the other was right up on it. He gave a surprised squeel, flopping back onto his face. The little Ursataur pushed himself up with his scarred palms until he was sitting, then he got to look at his companion. He blinked. Where were his other legs?

Cael giggled and bent down, offering both his hands to try and help the larger baby to his four fuzzy feet. "Cael!" This was his usual greeting, and introduction. He was so pleased to have ran into someone else! Now he could make a new friend, play, and maybe even show him his dance!
