รt๏гא YEAR 4076 AD For as long as people can remember, mankind has lived on an artificial planet called Raylan orbiting the red giant Veku. Humans are, unfortunately, unable to survive long on the surface of the planet. The red star that give the planet warmth is also the very thing that prevents life. All the people live in a layer below the surface of the artificial planet. The “sky” over the first level is actually the same as you would see from the layer above, a giant red sun in a blood red sky. The "sky" was created through technological means that only the makers of the planet know, but it works well enough. The layer beneath the surface itself is split up into four equally sized regions by massive walls that reach up all the way to the “sky”. Each of the four areas has its own unique culture, and its own unique government. Humans have also developed the ability to use powers which are referred to as a group by the archaic term of ESP or psych. There are no definitive things that all the powers have in common, save that families often have very similar powers. This is most likely caused because the powers are based off the human genome, but know one knows that for sure. . .No one remembers a time when mankind didn’t live here. The only thing that suggests we didn’t originate on this planet is the legend of a world called Earth. Earth was a utopia, according to myth, and many people still look for a way back to this utopian society, These people are mainly those of the rebellion. The whole planet is in the mist of war, and the people live in fear. What makes it worse is that the technology that mankind has depended on so much has began turning on them due to an unknown virus taking over every electronic thing out there called Z33N that the masked figures known as The Eclipse have unleashed. There reason?... They see this technological world badly and wish for it to be gone, but to an extreme. They say that "THE FALL" is coming soon, and wish to rid of all the evil and save mankind... before something else kills them. Some follow The Eclipse either out of belief or fear, but many do not believe their words trustworthy. Necessities are scarce and this false facade of utopia is crumbling. The All Mighty Religious figure Uton Korat of Raylan tells the people that this is all false, that Earth does not exist,that things will get better soon, and that THE FALL isn't coming because their goddess Raylandia will stop it. They do this out of fear, they fear the unknown whether they wish to admit it or not. The Government Organization known as G-Corp is not too pleased with the people whom are trying to get back to Earth, nor with the hooded group known as The Eclipse. They will keep there people on this planet at all cost, even if it means killing those who rebel.
but why? The government has oppressed its people on these planets for far too long, it was time for a change. To find the HOMELAND. But that’s easier said than done.
Why must the countries on this planet be in war.. Surival of the fittest? Or something else? Is Earth real? Will the fall really come? The Eclipse groups remain a mystery..who are they? Is all of this meaningless? It is for you to decide.Regions Wolfrum- Wolfrum is a land filled with the abundance of nature. It is filled with sprawling fields, high mountains, dense forests, and all other forums of wild beauty. The people who live here generally make a living out of things like government sponsored farming in which people are told take care of land they are giving and raise the crops that are already found there. It's much like rural America in layout and feeling, but more diverse.Argenta- aka The Silver City, it is basically one sprawling cityscape. It is the industrial center of the planet, taking care of all things to do with industry and offices. It builds anything from furniture to robots, and everything in between. Of course, crime is also higher than anywhere else on Raytail.Auria- Auria is more of a wasteland than it is anything else. For some reason, the automatic climate system produces very little rain, turning the land into a desert. Any villages are adobe settlements or simple tent camps, and life is hard and fleeting. The only places of respite are the oasis that appear every so often. (This is where the secret base of The Eclipse is located)Antinium- Is a world of water and woods. It is a cool climate, one with about as much snow as rain. Most of the land is covered in massive and ancient forests, while most of the actual region is covered in water. It is the worlds largest source of wood and fresh water, and has the most unique culture out of them all (what we would call a Far East culture)

This is controlling any one else's character, the weather.Your characters aren't all powerful- don't make it so they can hit every shot they're aiming at, or can never be hit by someone. EVERY character has a weakness.

Karinka sighed as she sat on the ledge of the lake, dipping her feet in. It was a nice day yet she felt like complete crap. Squinting her eyes, she watched a glob of water float in the air and disperse. She growled and kicked the water with her feet, she was really angry. Trying to cool down, she layed down on the grass. Letting out a few breaths she began to have flashbacks of her past. Her parents being murdered because they wanted to find her, kids bullying her because she was different, all of that. Honestly, none of the memories of her past were pleasant ones at all. They were all full of chaos and despair. Flickering her eyes open, tears threaten to fall. Society had always put on this false facade of perfection and she was sick of it. Using thoughtform projection, she created the illusion of snow falling from the sky. Although they were illusions, as her powers got stronger, everything was beginning to become reality. Hearing a twig snap, she gasped, turning around to see who it was.

Kyou was sitting under the shade of a tree when he looked up and saw a rabbit. His tail started wagging, sometimes he thought that thing had a mind of it's own. He cocked his head, watching the small creature, then it moved, and in seconds Kyou was off, chasing after it.

Inside the factory, now oddly abandoned, was a man staring at the wall across from him.
On this wall was what could be considered a small armory...
This factory had been turned into an impromptu hideout.
Someone was watching George from a good distance away. When he saw him moving towards the factory, he began walking towards him.
"Boy." he growled, staring down at him.
"Just what the hell do you think you are doing near this building?"

The man had already positioned a hand-held shotgun at George's forehead.
More than likely, when George saw who was behind him, it would have been simple to tell who it was.

"Oh?" Weiss asked, his legs not budging as he reached down and grabbed George by the back of his outfit, lifting him into the air.
"You don't appear to be anything but cannon fodder to me." he grunted, staring up at him.
