The white haired boy stood in a rather disconcerning position, a bored and tired expression resting on his face. Tanzu sighed, his red eyes piercing through the stadium grounds. "Great. I'm facing a girl...so not cool..." he muttered, though mainly to himself. He wiped his brow. The weather around the place was temperate, but the stadium was blazing...

Tsu could hear the sound of the crowd not being able to see them. She knew that with the crowd cheering throughout the fight could make it difficult for her to hear the movements of her opponent. Not that it mattered. She had developed another way of sensing people.
Infact, she was using the ability now. She released her chakra all around her and could "see" her opponent. She was going agains Tanzu, who was also from her village.
She put her hands behind her head and leaned back a little. She joined the tournament for fun, and to test her current skills against ninja in her skill range.
She talked to Tanzu without looking at him directly. "Hey, we've never actually talked before now."

Tanzu looked up at her voice. He had ways of avoiding the drone of the stadium, mainly by drowning it out with background music. It counteracted, so all he could hear is what was going on down there. "No, I suppose we haven't...Tsu, right?" Tanzu asked, seeing that she had a Sand headband. Then he noticed her unfocused eyes. 'Oh, God if she's blind...' he thought, rubbing his hair in a shy way. This makes it even worse for him. Great. Now he'll be a jerk, too..."Hey, I don't have a grudge against you, so could we not take this to the death? I don't see the point in that, either..."

Tsu smiled. "I'm definitely good with that." Tsu was doing this to test her own skills against others. She wanted to be alive to be able to improve those skills.
"This will be fun."

"Well, as they say...get ready," Tanzu suggested, as five shruiken in each hand popped up from the spaces in between his fingers. One by one they went, directed in the air by his conducting...literaly. Kazemyuujiku, his music baton, directed the wind around him, into Tsu's area...

Tsu got into her defensive position when Tanzu said ready. Immediately after she released chakra to the surrounding area. This was going to help her avoid other objects on the field or help her sense oncoming objects quickly. Problem was, she didn't have a huge chakra reserve to keep it going the whole battle, so she would use it in small spurts so she wouldn't run out of chakra.
Now Tsu could sense/"see" Tanzu very well. Tsu could hear that the wind shifting unnaturally. She concentrated and suddenly she heard whirring wind coming towards her. A few seconds later a shuriken in a direct line to hitting her. In that very last possible second Tsu could feel the object about ready to make contact and thats when she used her speed and reflexes to dodge.
Ofcourse this method didn't always work. She had to concentrate to much to avoid being hit.
Flying objects, great. Tsu thought to herself. She barely doged another. It looked like she was having a hard time with it, but Tsu had it under control, though very clumsy still.
"Whew that was close." She said jumping back.

Tanzu kept conducting though, and the shruiken instantly veered off their normal courses to come in the direction of Tsu again. This was rather effective, at least for him. He could spend as much chakra as he wanted to a degree, and he'd still be at least half full by the time she'd tire out...though this itself wasn't going to win the match...

Tsu continued dodging the shuriken at the last second. One did skim the surface of her arm. Tsu was thinking of a way she could counter. When she dodged a more recent attack she ran quickly to Tanzu's side to try a little basic Taijutsu.

Finally he stopped his four by four conducting, only to just dodge the slinging punch from Tsu. Tanzu did so by arching back to his hands, then flipping over so that his foot could connect to her face. Almost unavoidable, since her momentum made it hard to stop...

Tsu knew she wasn't going to beable to avoid an attack since she could see and she couldn't react THAT fast. So instead she brought up her arm to block the blow to her face. Tanzu connected and sent her flying backwards.
Kidding around Tsu said "You'd actually try and hit a girl in the face." she smiled.
She was happy Tanzu was atleast being serious about their fight.
Tsu released some chakra creating three clones and then they all blended in with their backrgounds. Tsu was an expert at being quiet. Her and her clones quietly spread out around the field. One of the clones quicly and quietly ran forward Kunai in hand to attack from tanzu's side. Shortly after one would be coming from his back.

Tanzu smirked at her joke. Though it was a bit risky, he decided to test the Dark Chakra. A mass ball of the stuff appeared in his hands, soon turning into a comet like figure as he twirled around with it, each time it connecting with the clones. The clones dispersed immediatly, imploding with only remains of the Hachibi's chakra. He'd call this one Shifting Darkness, for its malleability...shruiken of the chakra appeared, shooting off in her direction.
((Hachibi's chakra is toxic to nonusers, so if you're hit, your skin will start to erode and break away, along with other parts if it gets deeper. It can be stopped by medical jutsu, the process...))

Tsu froze as Tanzu created his dark chakra shuriken. Being so sensitive to chakra, Tsu immediately reacted to it. It was overwhelming to her. This was the first time she ever encountered chakra like this, so she wasn't prepared for its power.
Tanzu had sent it flying towards her. At that time her clones had made contact with Tanzu from his side and back.
Realizing that the monstrous amount of chakra was actually coming closer. Tsu could not measure out a size well enough, so she used her speed and got out of the way as quickly as possible.
As she did that the third clone was quietly making its way towards Tanzu.

Tanzu could sense just barely the chakra signature coming from behind. Doing a total flip, he raised the mass above his head, slamming it down upon the clone. It didn't even implode. It was simply gone.
Tanzu cursed himself, letting the ball disperse. That was the bad part. It made him get more and more pissed off as stuf as he used the Hachibi's chakra only, not his abilities. Maybe a side effect from the toxicity...

The other two clones reacted to Tanzu's movement and adjusted their attacks and moved quicker. One on the left spun around quickly with a kunai in hand and aimed at Tanzu's side.
Tsu let out a breath slowly. Then she took off at her top speed reaching Tanzu in seconds all the while building up her chakra around her. She usually didn't do head on attacks, but, she didn't have much. She ran right into Tanzu, with her chakra infront of her to help ward off any oncoming attacks and sent Tanzu flying backwards from the force of her speed colliding into him.
