Ah hell, it's Midnight I have to be up for school in 6 and a half hours, I can't sleep aaaaand I'm watching the Day After Tomorrow for... the ...third time? I've only seen it all the way though... once? And I keep tuning in at the tornadoes when it's on HBO.
It's the first movie I saw with Emmy Rossum in it, and I think she did a better job in this than in Phantom. XD Then again no one sees these kind of movies for the acting. I like these kind of scare the pants off you/end of the world movies... The Core... 10.5... I'm odd like that... But indeed...

I remember I recognized her [Emmy Rossum] because she still had the 'deer in the headlights' look.

Oh yes, how could I forget this one? I kinda forced my friend to watch her DVD of Phantom and the next day she came up to me and demanded: Why didn't you tell me Lady van Tassal was in this movie?!
XD First film I saw with Miranda Richardson was Sleepy Hollow. To be honest that film scared the s**t out of me... especially because I lived just outside of Sleepy Hollow for a few months when I was 10 years old... I lived in a hotel there while we were waiting for the insane lady who lived in the house we were buying to move out... Know what creeped me out even more? A year after I saw the movie I was back in Tarrytown for a conference on AIDS and as we were driving around I saw "Van Tassal Road" I forget the actual spellin but... you know...

Actually, in all the Sarah Brightman picture I've seen ((I am a fan of SB)) only a small percentage of her pictures ((mainly earlier pictures of her)) gave her a 'deer in the headlights' look. I said this of Emily Rossum because my friend said it was probably because she had curly hair that generally bundled near the top of her head. But even with a normal hairstyle she looked like a 'dith' *abbreviation* Maybe it's because of her eyebrows or lashes or something...

My best friend actually has a very similiar face shape compared to Emmy Rossum[/random] Emmy has a very petite, round face and very BIG eyes so I think that sort of lends to the all-natural 'deer in headlights' look O.O
I actually saw some movie with Minnie Driver in it (i.e. Carlotta) I can't remember the name of it for the life of me but she recieved this heart from this guys dead wife (David Duchovny *drool*) and then she actually ended up falling in love with him...but the crazy thing was watching her be NICE XD

Nice thread, Baka! I'm infamous for finding PotO actors' connections to other movies.
Somthing weird I noticed, when I recently looked at the review of the 2004 PotO again from a newspaper was that on the same page was Meet the Fockers, which had Teri Polo in it. She played Christine in the Charles Dance TV version of PotO. That just seemed kind of odd.
Also...I'm always seeing Asia Argento's (from the 1998 Dario Argento PotO) name about. It's weird, I saw it mentioned one is the movie credit listings, and then again somewhere else (I can't remember specifically where, a newspaper or something), and finally I read that she was a close friend of Adrien Brody, another actor I like.
Yeeeah.
Though, Utakan, I don't think that the Gerard Butler as a "sexy creepy dude" worked in PotO, as Erik is not really supposed to be sexy. Creepy, yes, sexual, yes, but not exactly sexy. Personally, I think he was a horrible casting of Erik and did a wonderful job of corrupting the role.
Hm, I didn't know Miranda Richardson was in Sleepy Hollow. I saw that movie a looong time ago.
And RDS, I don't really think that Emmy Rossum has a round face. Oval, yes, but I'd expect it to be more circular if it was round. She doesn't really have a circular face.
Emmy Rossum's smile bothers me for some reason. *Twitch*

Miranda Richardson was in the new Harry Potter movie, too.

@BT- I finally saw Dracula 2000. Gerard Butler in that movie...I'm sorry, but he plays sexy ***** VERY easily. It's frightening. I fell asleep halfway through the movie. He looked so different with the curly-ish hair framing his face. I almost didn't recognize him. But, there is, of course, the side shots that prove it is Gerry.
